REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF CEILING FANS, PEDESTAL FANS, WALL MOUNTED FANS, EXHAUST FANS, GEYSERS AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN DIGARU

Taking down ceiling fan for repair / overhauling of any type, any make and any sweep from its existing position after disconnecting all electrical connection and opening the body including blade, checking for repalcement of unserviceable spares,cleaning, oiling, greasing, replacement of unserviceable spares by new one, re-assembling of all components and re-fixed to its original position testing and hanging up the complete all as specified and directed. Note : New spare parts required for renewal shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only'.

Supply only the following spare parts for ceiling fans :-

MS split pin size 2" x 1/8", hanging bolts with nuts of size 3/8" x 3 1/2", rubber bush of size 1 1/2" dia x 1" thick.

Ball bearing of size 6201/6202/6203/6204.

Metal bushing for ceiling fans.

Shaft (good quality of mild steel) for 1200/1400 mm sweep dia ceiling fan.

Supply and fix as in repair for ceiling fan hanging clamp made of MS rod of 12 mm dia bent to shape in 'S' shape of length 450mm (approx) complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of ceiling fan,1200mm sweep with super enamelled copper wire and insulation of starter with polyster paper/manllex paper with cotontak binding, heat varnished, incl bearing, capacitor and 60cm flexible connection wire of size 23/0.0076 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of bearings, capacitors & flexible wire shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

Ball bearing 2001/ 2002/ 2003.

Metal bushing for exhaust fans.

Shaft for exhaust fan (good quality of mild steel) of 300/450 mm sweep dia.

Fan blade for exhaust fan of size upto 300 mm sweep dia.

Fan blade for exhaust fan of size above 300mm & upto 450mm sweep dia.

All as per srl item No 04 here-in-before but for exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep dia.

Taking down pedestel fan of any type, any make, by opening of body carefully checking for repalcement of unserviceable spares, including replacement of spares by new one, re-assembling of all components in original position, cleaning, oiling greasing, testing and fixed in original position. Note:- New spare parts required for renewal shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only'.

Supply only the following spare parts for pedestal fans :-

Ball bearing of size 2601 for padestal fans.

Shaft (good quality of mild steel) for pedesatal fans.

Metal bushing for pedestal fans.

Fan blade of 450 mm sweep dia pedestal fan.

All as per srl item No 04 here-in-before but for 450mm sweep dia pedastal fan.

Taking down cabin fan/wall mounted of any type, any make, by opening of body carefully checking for repalcement of unserviceable spares, including replacement of spares by new one, re-assembling of all components in original position, cleaning, oiling, greasing, testing and fixed in original position. Note :- New spare parts required for renewal shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only'.

Supply only the following spares for cabin fan/wall mounted fans :-

Ball bearing of size 2601.

Fan blade for 400mm sweep dia fans.

All as per srl item No 04 here-in-before but for cabin /wall mounted fan upto 400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of capacitor/condensor 2.5 mfd capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of capacitor/condensor, 3.15 mfd capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repair/replacement for copper flexible cord of size 23/0.0076 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down water heater (Electric Geyser) storage type of any make of 25/50 Ltrs capacity after disconneting the existing electric wire, water pipe and re-assembling in all respects after replacing unsv parts/components and testing for proper working after repairs and fixing in the original place position duly connecting up water supply and electric supply complete inc civil work for grouting etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Necessary repairs/replacement of parts shall be measured and paid seperately as 'Supply only' under relavant items. (ii) Labour element for replacing of U/S parts deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only the following suitable parts in repair for water heater (Electric Geyser) storage type:-

Heating Element 1500 Watts 230 Volts push/screw type.

Heating Element 2000 Watts 230 Volts push / screw type

Thermostat suitable for 25/50 Ltr capacity.

Thermostat switch of any type any make.

Neon Indicator bulb red/green colour AC 230 Volts (Round/Square)

S&F in repair steel mess PVC pipe 45cm long with two nos brass check nuts and rubber washers suitable for 15mm dia GI pipe for hot water outlet connection of geysers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC pipe 60cm long alongwith two nos brass check nuts and rubber washers suitable for 15mm dia GI pipe for cold water connection for geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair PVC insulated flexible wire 2.5 Sqmm with copper conductor multistranded 3 core for connecting geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair/replacement, plug top 15 Amps.

Supply and Fix in repair, switch socket combination 2 in 1, 5 pin 6/16 Amps flush type universal.

Supply and Fix in repair, switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin 6 Amps flush type universal.
