REPAIR/MAINTENANCE AND REWINDING OF BURNT CENTRIFUGAL PUMP SETS AND MONOBLOCK PUMP SETS AND ALIED WORKS AT ZONE A AND DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOL AND OTHER ALIED WORKS AT GMS UNDER GE (I) GOS

Dismantling complete Centrifugal /Mono Block motor of any type and overhauling the pump re-threading of wornout holes of studs and providing over size studs with nuts & washers. Rematlling and balancing of shaft, replacement of gunmetal bush bearing and gland packing of pump set. and refitting the same after the repair/replacement duly all as specified and tested for smooth functioning of capacity 40 HP complete.

All as per item No 1 above but capacity 30 HP

All as per item No 1 above but capacity 20 to 25 HP

All as per item No 1 above but capacity 10 to15 HP

All as per item No 1 above but capacity 5 to 7.5 HP

All as per item No 1 above but capacity 1 to 3 HP

Dismantling the power supply of electric motor any type including dismantling from pump and taking to workshop with necessary transportation and opening the complete motor and rewinding the rotor with super enameled copper wire as per the existing gauge with necessary insulation, sticks and varnishing, including replacement of shaft bearing 02 Nos and motor terminals plate/cable ducts complete of capacity 40 HP including painting complete all as directed.

All as per item No 7 above but of capacity 10 to 15 HP electric motor any type.
