Amount

Excavating in trenches in any type of soil for foundation etc. or laying of pipes etc., not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 250m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches / on floor / along Pole for cable / earth strip protection / watering for earthing / lightening conductor, jointing and testing Galvanised Iron light grade 40mm dia pipe including all fittings viz. clamps, nuts, bolts and washer of proper size for fixing GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches / on floor / along Pole for cable / earth strip protection / watering for earthing, jointing and testing Galvanised Iron pipe medium grade 25mm dia including all fittings viz. clamps, nuts, bolts and washer of proper size for fixing GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches / on floor / along Pole for cable / earth strip protection / watering for earthing, jointing and testing Galvanised Iron pipe medium grade 15mm dia including all fittings viz. clamps, nuts, bolts and washer of proper size for fixing GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing water supply main (any size) and connecting to 15 / 20mm GI pipe in position including insertion of GI Tee of suitable size, threading the existing GI pipe and fixing of GI union and re-fixing the existing GI pipe including necessary earth work complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from clamps / saddles plates air termination rods with GI supporting pipe for reuse at site or removing to MES store complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing Galvanised Iron / Aluminium Strip retrieved from Serial Item No 12 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 900mm in width, 400mm in length and not exceeding 3.0 metres in depth in any type of soil for checking / replacement of unserviceable rusted earth plate, protection pipe, strip etc. including returning filling in after replacement of unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed. Note : The material required to be replaced will be measured and paid separately under respective items.
