NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for powder coated anodised aluminium partition, window and door/ventilator with frame and shutters and grill fully or partly glazed, sliding/openable/fixed fully glazed and panels fixed with panels inserts 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board/sheet glass including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber beading, neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodized aluminium fittings such as handles, aluminium butt hinges, aluminium tower bolts etc. The size of aluminium section shall be all as specified in relevant IS Code and SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.
