Creation of electric sub-station for 01 MVA electric transformer along with its allied works at CPS Narwal by way of cutting the bushes and making the surface even with the help of manual labour, allied tool and tackles, making pits in ground of adequate size for two nos.06 meters concrete poles. Erection of HT poles with the help of crane, manual labour, allied tools and tackles along with laying of conductors as per site requirement. Providing and fitting of CTPT of rating 5/30 ,11 KV knife edged link set, 11KV HG set, 11 KVA LA set, 11 KV Pin insulators, ACSR Conductors, Dogs for HT load jumper and fuse set after providing/ fitting of channels and U clamp of adequate size and strengthening electric poles of 01 MVA electric sub-station. Job includes providing/ fitting of 3 core armored XLP cable 180 Amp 10 mtrs. approx. from poles to HT side of transformer after providing /fitting of HT kits on both sides. The job also includes earthing of sub - station and making LT fuse set on an angle iron frame. Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 01 MVA KVA 3 phase oil filled suitable for outdoor installation power distribution transformer (level-2) with all other standard accessories and 1st filling of oil at CPS Narwal having voltage ratio 11000/433 V with core material used for grade CRGO amorphous, Flux density 1.69T and epoxy dotted Kraft paper, rating and Diagram plate, terminal marking plate, lifting and jackling lugs, Silica gel breather, bettern drain cum filter valve, top filter valve, thermometer pocket, conservator with oil filling hole and drain plug, flat rollers, explosion vent with double diaphragm, oil temperature indicator, Marshalling box, fittings (accessories), particulars of bushings HV / LV type IS-3347/IS-1100, rating as per ISS 3347. The job involves Construction of foundation block for installation of 1 MVA Electrical Transformer along with fencing and allied works. The job involves construction of the concrete block by way of excavation of earth pit of size 8’X 9’ X1’ and disposal of excavated earth away from the sub-station. Then laying of concrete foundation block of size 8’X 9’ X4’ by way of making the surface even from below the ground level by filling the concrete in the ratio 1:2:4. Properly curing and drying so that ready for bearing the load. The entire block as one unit is to be laid in such a way that it can withstand the load of HT Transformer of 1MVA rating when topped up with T-Oil without causing any defect to the transformer as well as to the block itself. Then mounting of new 01 MVA power distribution transformer by using hydra crane and skilled labour. Job also includes providing / fitting of Single Core 630 sq. mm Al Cable from transformer to stabilizer and panel 30 mtrs. x 3 (approx.) and then making electrical HT and LT side connection of the transformer by way of cutting cable ends and providing / fitting of new thimbles and testing on no load as well as on full load after initial charging. Providing / fitting of Armored Aluminium Cable 300 sq.mm 3.5 Core, 65mtrs. In length from Transformer to Voltage Stabilizer with proper thimbling and tapping. Providing / fitting of Armored Aluminium Cable 400 sq.mm 3.5 Core, 40mtrs. In length from LT Control Panel to Voltage Stabilizer with proper thimbling and tapping, providing and filling of 1000 ltrs., T-Oil in 630 KVA Servo Voltage Stabilizer. Job also includes providing fitting of 4 pole 800 Amp., MCCB – 02 Nos. Complete job including cost of material, hire charges of crane, other allied tools and tackles with labour charges at site of work. Complete job.
