Salem District - P.N.Palayam Block - No of work 02 -Akkaraipatti H/o Edayapatti Panchayat in OMDGF - 2023-24 Package No.02

1)Construction of Paver block PUE SchoolAkkaraipatty Habitation @ Edayapatty Panchayat

Earth work Excavation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting, etc complete per SS 20 B.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Supplying and erecting centering are strutting including neceassary supports for place surface for RCCcolumns fottings and pedestal beems crtitical pears erc., using mild steel angles of sizes 90x60x10cm gauge stiffness welded mild steel angles of sizes 25x25x3mm for boarding laying over silver oak joists of single 10cm -6.5cm space of 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specificatinon

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% respectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete (Surface Textured) Block Pavements having thickness 60mm and compacted over a thin bedding M.Sand layer of 25 mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine M.Sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads-2014 and Technical specification clause 1504.

Colour washing two coats using Approved colour pigments including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

2) Construction of Threshing floor near OHT tank at Akkaraipatty Habitation @ Edayapatty

Gravel filling including cost and conveyance of gravel, labour for filling, watering and compacting etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.
