Cement Concrete 1:4:8 ( One Cement Four sand and Eigte aggregate ) using 40 mm ISS HBG metal, including cost and conveyance of materials to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, finishing, compacting, curing etc.complete.

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1/2:3 (One cement, One & Half sand, Three aggregate ) using 20 mm guage machine broken hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC including cost conveyance and all labour charges etc. complete.

Collection supply of Well Gravel from approved quarry and filling the same in layer by layer, each layer not execeeding 15cm thick, including cost and conveyance of sand to site and labour charges for for filling, watering, tamping etc. complete

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 ( one cement and five sand ), mix using well burned new country bricks, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, finishing, symaltaneously pointing with same morter, watering etc.complete.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications

Supplying and fixing in Position of Indian Oriya pan type water closet with “P’’ or “S’’ trap to set in brick jelly concrete 1:4:8 Mix concrete 10 cm thick using 20mm brick jelly and top finished with c.m. 1:3 mix 20mm thick without any leakage etc. complete.

Dadooing the wall glazed tiles of size 305mm x 200mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour 1set in cement mortor 1:2 (one cement and two sand) over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of M. Sand ), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRL Scopper conductorcable of 1100 Vgrade insuitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wal land ceiling with MS accessories with switch box with 5AFT switch in flush with walland covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connectionof 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for light point / fan point (for electronic regulator)

Supply and fixing of aspertan cement door with Necessay Accessories and Locking Arrangements including cost and conveying of all materials amd labour charge etc..,complete as per standard specification

Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Supply and flowing of PVC pipe and specails incluinding cost of all materials charges an labour charges and all other insidental charges ect complete as per stander specifiction

Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportaion and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,
