Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder or block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M & L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of floorings.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 for backing of Dado/ Skirting.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match

M&L for brick work with flyash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips

M & L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) design area exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

S&F Non Skid colored ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match

M&L for Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) of 20 mm th in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like over cement mortar including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations

Taking down or up steel/GI water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal from site for 15 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified.

S & F GI water tubing of 15 mm dia, medium grade including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc and fixed to walls, ceiling, and laid on floors.

Fixing only old serviceable steel tubing of 15 mm bore and connections of any grade,in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc.)

S &F in repairs CP Bib taps, 15mm bore, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, sc-rewed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed

S/F CP stop cock/angular stop cock 15mm bore with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap incl grating, set and jointing with salvent cement 75mm dia

S&F of stainless steel plate rack of minimum size 970X770X230mm of standard quality,fixed to wall with wooden gutties and screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete

M&L for Vitrified light coloured Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M & L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Plinth protection/ base to path & hardstanding surface etc.

M/L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement
