Dismantling floor hearth or wall (ceramic/mosaic) tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

S&F Coloured Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 20mm thick screed in CM(1:6) all as specified and directed.

S&F Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250mmx7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick backing coat in CM(1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surface all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, cills, dado, skirting etc. laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite(of any type)tiles 20mm thick as in skirting/dado and similar works over 10mm thick screed/backing coat in CM 1:3, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match incl cutting, polishing all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in flooring, laid over and incl 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement and pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar etc., laid over and incl 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pinted with cement and pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Boring holes through stone/tile lining for pipes, etc. n exc 50 mm dia and making good.

Complete removal of existing RCC/PCC water tank tank of any size and any dia of any description and in any position including cleaning, wire brushing, watering & removal of debris outside MOD.

Providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M30 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete. Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Water proofing treatment to sunken floor of RCC slab as following steps-

(a) After cleanig the surface applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm and 15mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 with WPC @ weight of cement on bottom/sides of RCC.

(b) Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) on cleaned plastered surfaces @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) as recommended by manufacturers. Then Provide a layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x 2.25mm (45 GSM) over first coat of chemical pidifin 2K as manufactures recommendations after that Apply second coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) layer glass fibre mesh as recommended by manufacturers.

(c) Spouts of 40mm dia PVC pipes projecting at least by 150mm clear of face of the outer wall.

(d) 30 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement shall be provided on bottom.

(e) After laying of CI connections apply two coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.7 kg/sqm over vertical sides and floor of sunken portion.

(f) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:7:12 type F2 using 40mm brick aggregate after carrying out required test for joints/water proofing. Note 1:- The treatment shall also be provided over side wall upto a ht of 150 mm above FFL Note 2:- Water proofing treatment will be carried out through authorised applicators approved by GE and testing charge included in item rate.

M&L 20 mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on external surfaces all as specified and directed.

M & L for new or old surfaces of exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with clan water & allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by chemistic crack seal caulking compound & allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply a primer coat of chemistic prime M Seal (water base primer) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter apply 02 coats of chemistik PDS-50 (WB high build anti caronatin coating cum waterproofing) & shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade including necessary scaffolding for any height, covering etc complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anti leakage leak proof gun matel sprey for all joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.
