SPECIAL REAPIR TO REPLACEMENT OF OVERHEAD ACSR CONDUCTOR WITH UNDER GROUND CABLE AT ROBBART BARRACK (SM 216 TO SM 222) UNDER GE(MCTE) MHOW

Dismantling / taking down old ACSR conductor of any type & size from existing LT poles & setting aside duly disconnecting all electrical connection complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling/taking down old unserviceable cross arms, bracings etc of any section and size including nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filling approved fine river sand in trenches as cable cushion to the full width of excavated trench, under and over cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured)

M&L for bricks slightly over burnt (kiln burnt) , modular bricks, best quality, locally available, laid flat, dry, laid in trenches along the length of cable transvarsally with width equal to length of brick for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Sppply & Laying XLPE insulated, armoured, electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on poles / walls or passing through pipes including lugs, glands & making necessary connection complete all as specified and as directed, for the following sizes :-

a) 10 Sqmm 2 core.

b) 16 sqmm 4 core

c) 50 Sqmm 3 1/2 core

d) 70 Sqmm 3 1/2 core

e) 120 Sqmm 3 1/2 core

f) 185 Sqmm 3 1/2 core

g) 240 Sqmm 3 1/2 core

S&F GI tubing, light grade, 80 mm bore pipe laid in trenches/duct or in road crossing or fixed to wall/poles for protection of cable incl taking out old pipe of any grade complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No 9.00 above but 50 mm bore pipe.

All as per srl item No 9.00 above but 40 mm bore pipe.

Cutting the existing bituminuos road for passing of UG Cable in road crossing and making good the disturbed surfaces of road as per the existing to its original specification complete all as directed.

Cable path indicator made of MS sheet 3mm of size 200 mm x 150 mm spot welded with angle iron of 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm thick, 750 mm long, suitably embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate) duly painted with one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, one coat of synthetic enameled black paint and sign wirting with white paint showing size of cable HT/LT complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of earthing complete with GI steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cmx6.0mm thick barried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtrs below level ground, connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts checks nuts and washers made of GI earth wire protected by GI pipe 40mm bore, medium grade and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type-B-1, over slab 30cmx30cmx10cm with one lifting handle made of 8mm dia MS bar funnel wire mesh, 20mm bore GI or steel pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Part-I and testing after completion.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts outdoor type Confirming to IP 43, CPRI approved, fabricated & assembled ,free standing, floor mounting, water proof,dust and vermin proof cubical type, LT Panel fabricated from 3.15 mm thick ( minimum) CRCA sheet with anti corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint Grey shade (RAL-7032), fully compartmentalized design with busbars made of aluminium duly insulated with heat retardent fire proof (HRFR) heat shrinkable sleeves of relevant colours. Bus bar shell be properly supported/mounted on epoxy insulators.All live parts and joints shall be insulated with (HRFR) shrouds, conforming to IS, including provn for connecting suitable earth strips and both side openable doors shall be provided of all operational switchgear and MCCBs and detachable cover shall be provided on all other accessories.Panel shall be manufactured suitable for housing as the folowing :- (Make of MCCB : C&S) Location : (At SM-218)
