Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in all types of soil as directed by the Engineer at site including labour charges, leads and lifts, T&P, etc., complete.

Supplying and filling the area with sand, manure and red earth at the ratio of 1:2:5 to required depth as per departmental requirement including cost of natural manure sand, red earth, transporting charges, spreading charges, mixing charges, leveling charges, leads, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying of Mexican grass mat or its equivalent as per departmental requirement including cost of Mexican grass mat, transporting charges, stacking the Mexican grass mat for pre-measurement, cutting the grass for planting, planting the Mexican grass in required intervals, watering etc., complete.

Supplying and planting of varieties of various flowering plants/Non flowering plants as per departmental requirement including cost of all plants, transporting, planting, lead, lift, etc complete.

Brick work in CM 1:4 using Fly ash Bricks of size 23x11x7.50cm as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Plastering in C.M 1:5,12 mm thick for wall surfaces including cost of all materials, labour charges , curing, lead, lift etc complete.

White washing with two coats of white cement for garden border walls including cost of all materials, scaffolding, Labour, Lead, Lift, etc., complete.
