Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces etc. /removing old lime wash if any including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water for a building of height upto 7.5 meter complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with & Including lwater proofing compound on brick or concrete surface of walls,slabs & chajja finished even and fair for a building of height upto 7.5 meter all as specified and directed. Note- WPC will not be paid extra.

M&L for removing existing poinintg & Flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings,roofs and pointing with CM (1:3) mixed with crude oil 5% wt of cement complete all as specified.

M&L dismantling of brick tiles , cutting or uprooting grass on old mud phuska/brick tiles,removing rubbish off from the premises,cleaning surface and refixing old tiles with cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Demolition of cement concrete in any position and any description upto 9.5 m height including all necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof,chajja , Kerb or mud stops, rounded chamfered on edges all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in layer of (15+5mm) on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) in small patches and repairs at columns, chajja, canopy , slab base and soffits finished even and smooth without using extra cement using GI chiken wire mesh having dia( 0.71mm and mesh size of 12mm) upto a height of 9.5m as directed including taking down of plaster , & necessary scaffolding arrangement as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats of first quality Acrylic weather coat emulsion paint on walls/facias/roof top/ramp Surface etc in disruptive pattern having percentage of Six- colour as 29.04% of RGB Value (143, 152, 113), 22.48% of RGB Value (112,139,86), 14.98% of RGB value (123,137,126), 13.80% of RGB Value (84,97,75), 14.15% of RGB Value (123, 137, 94) and 5.55% of RGB Value (206,193,141) as per sample approved by AGE(I) for building of height upto 9.5meter, over and including a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The rate quoted by contractor is demmed to includes preparation of surfaces of wall/roof(PCC/bricktiles) cleaning with wire brushes and necessary scaffolding for painting upto required height.

M&L for repair of surface of roof,chajja,parapet walls by scrapping and properly cleaning the surface by removing loose/ uneven particles with wire brushes and other tools, complete in all respect, Filling of cracks with smart Care Hybried PU sealant wherever requiered and applying 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 alongwith covering and applying smart care damp proof ultra and assure proper curing of plaster and Laying of fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres with sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of roof in three coats @ 1.2 litre/ sqm to be reinforced with 45 GSM fiber mesh, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9 Mp and shall have crack bridging ability upto 2.5 mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure, reduces surface temperature upto 10 degree celsius. The system conists of self priming with 33% dilution followed by two undiluted coats (dry film thickness of complete appliaction/ system not less than 500 microns all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note - Rates are inclusive of all necessary arrangement of formwork upto 9.5m height.

M&L for two coat synthetic enamel paint on old steel surface in camouflaging pattern of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described including prepratio of old surface and one coat of red oxide primer of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
