Site cleaning work for proposed area by clearing the area of deep wild vegetation/jungle/forestations etc. by completely uprooting and cutting all wild plants, trees etc. having girth upto 150 mm, trimming the stems/trunk and any other overhanging branches found obstructive, uprooting all wild grass, wild hedges, thorny bushes/plants. Identifying trees having girth more than 150 mm. Collecting all cut and cleared vegitation from the area of work and disposing off within 1.0 Km radius. stacking the serviceable materials , clearing and cleaning all side birms of fallen or washed away wild vegetation / tree leaves/grass/rubbish etc. as per conditions prevailing at site of work including cost of all labour, tools and plants, sickles, lift and lead charges, manual loading/unloading, passive levelling the rough ground areas all generally as per work specifications complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Contour survey work using "Total station" for proposed area for Urban jungle by taking grids at 2.50 M x 2.50 M and contour interval of 0.50 M , creating Bench mark and caliberating the same with respect to GTS bench mark/ reference bench mark provided by Department by fly levelling, maintaining field books and to be submitted to the department at the end of survey works. Preparation of contour drawings in three sets (hard copy) and soft copy of drawings compatible with Autocad drawings. Scope also include the layout of components , boundary, drain patterns & shapes of various components of urban forest at site complete as directed by EIC.

Earth work excavation over areas upto 1.5M depth to required profile,level, grade, camber etc. in all soils as mentionedbelow including dressing of excavated area, refillingwith approved excavated materials in layers notexceeding 150 mm watering, consolidation etc. andstacking/ disposing of the surplus excavatedmaterials within a lead of 150 M and all inherent liftsetc. to the required location as directed by theEngineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying stone pitching 230 mm thickusing spotless stones including preparation ofsurfaces, cutting, leveling and dressing theundulations, setting the stones to proper slopes etc.1:3 and pointing the surface with same mortar etc.complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed bythe Engineer-in-Charge.REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE.Note : a) All RCC works shall be controlled concrete unlessotherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly inaccordance with the drawings, specifications and asdirected by the Engineer-in-Charge.b) The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of costof reinforcement and form work unless otherwisementioned.c) All coarse aggregate to be 20mm. maximum sizeand uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned.d) For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall includethe following without any extra cost to theDepartment.e) Spacers to maintain clear cover for reinforcement. f) Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment theinserts, pipe sleeves, pipe bends, fan hooks, otherpipe specials etc. supplied by/ through theDepartment. Cut-outs in slabs, construction joints etc.g) Cut out in slabs, construction joints etc.h) Tests for concrete shall be done as per IS456-2000 and the cost of the same shall be borne bythe contractor.

Extra over item for providing RMC (Ready MixedConcrete) for all types of RCC element conforming toIS 4926 (Latest) in lieu of conventional RCC items,supplied by approved RMC manufacturers includingtransporting, pumping etc. as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforcement for RCC works including supplying,delivering, storing of various diameter as required atsite of work including loading, unloading, transporting,decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing inposition at all levels and binding with 18 gauge softdrawn annealed steel binding wire etc. complete asper specifications ,drawing and as directed by Engineer-in Charge. (Cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and shall not bemeasured for payment).

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of Grade Fe 500D conforming IS: 1786-2008(latest) of SAIL,TATA,RINL & JSW only.

Providing, erecting, fixing in position, striking/removing and cleaning steel/ timber shuttering andcentering for form work in sub / super structure at allfloors, level and locations for all geometrical shapes,in plain, curved surfaces of structural/ RCC elementsincluding chamfers, splays, keys, wedges props, rails,bracings, props, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc.,providing and applying approved form oil on allsurfaces of form work coming in contact withconcrete including close hacking of all exposedconcrete work after removal of form work, allmaterials, labour etc. complete as per specifications,drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Area of form work in contact with concrete shall onlybe measured for payment and stop boards forconstruction joints will not be measured for payment).as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

For all type of structural/RCC elements.

Supplying and filling approved quality sand/stone dust for footpathwell compacted packed set in regular lines,levels etc. complete. as per specifications , drawingsand as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Structural steel work at all floors and locations usingangles, tees, flats, bars, chequered plates hollowsection etc. of required sizes including supplying,cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting, making holes/chases wherever required and fixing/ embedding inposition in concrete/ masonry work/ stone work withnecessary hold fasts etc.and finishing the concrete/ masonry work after fixing/ embedding includingpainting two coats of anticorrosive bitumastic paint on all unexposed surfaces and two coats of syntheticenamel paint of approved make and colour on allexposed surfaces over a coat of approved steelpayment in case direct measurement is not possible.primer etc. complete as per specifications, drawingsand as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposing off the surplus excavated materials,earth beyond initial leadsas mentioned in relevant items by mechanical transport to inside/outsideAnushaktinagar including loading, unloading, spreading, levelling etc.complete all as per specifications and as directed by theEngineer-in-Charge.Note : Voids @ 20% for soils and 50% for soft rock/ hardrock shall be deducted from fully loaded truckmeasurements to arrive at the net quantity forpayment in case direct measurement is not possible.

Outside Anushaktinagar Area as per the guideline of construction and demolition (C&D) waste management plan as approved by MCGM & as directed by EIC.

Providing & fixing stainless steel pipe hand rail on retaining wall, compound walls or at any otherlocations at all levels as per design and drawingconforming to 304 grade of steel, of schedule 10-S,of various dia. as per approved drawing,shape and pattern including necessary S.S bend, tees, welding /nut-bolt necessary anchoring, polishing , buffing and fixing inconcrete/brick wall with S.S lugs, making pockets,concreting, making good the surfaces etc. as perspecifications drawings and as directed by EIC.

Providing 230 mm thick Brick masonry in sub/ super structure at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks from approved lots of class designation 3.5 (classification as per IS 1077- 1992 and min. average compressive strength not less than 3.50 N/mm2 ) in readymix CM 1:4 in 230mm walls to correct line and plumb including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by EIC.

Providing brick work 115mm thick in partition walls, dwarf walls, parapets, under platforms, curtain walls, fins,external boxing etc. at all floors and locations as per drawing using well burnt bricks from approved lots of class designation 3.5 (classification as per IS 1077-1992 and min. average compressive strength not less than 3.50 N/mm2) in Readymix C.M 1:4 to correct line, level & plumb including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete as per specifications drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. i) With 115mm.wide and 80mm. thick RCC (1:2:4) stiffeners at every one metre height including formwork but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement, which shall be paid under relevant item.

Sand faced external / internal cement plaster as specified below using Ready mix cement mortar 1:4 at all heights , levels and locations including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces, finishing and rendering with sponge to correct line, level and plumb, curing including making grooves , vatas, plaster fluting (plaster in steps)etc. whereever required complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

20 mm thick in two coats for brick/ concrete surfaces back coat and finishing coat of 10 mm. thick each.

12 mm external plaster in single coat for independent concrete surfaces

Supplying, fabricating, fixing in position G.I. chainlinkfencing of 50mm x 50mm and 4mm dia. of 2.40 M height wire withchain link net fixed to iron angles frame of size40x40x6mm and MS flat frame as shown in drawings(M.S. works shall be paid under relevant item )including cost of hooks, bolts, nuts, washers and painting chain link and MS frame work withtwo coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat ofapproved anticorrosive primer, etc.completegenerally as per specifications and drawings.Note; PCC, MS angle, flats etc. shall be paid under relavent item.

Providing & laying machine cut & machine polished (mirror polished) 25 mm thick Kotah stone flooring 20 mm thick readymix CM 1:4 bedding at all floors & locations including stair case landing, connecting corridoor etc. necessary cement mortar bedding / backing, close jointed & grouted with matching cement slurry and finished in line, level, curing etc. as required, including cutting of stone slab, wastage, making cut outs,wherever required, machine polishing/hand polishing (where machine cannot have access) etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying and fixing in position machine cut and machine polished (mirror polish) granite stone of approved colour /shade in flooring /skirting/cladding/ treads/risers cills etc. at all locations including necessary mortar bedding /backing close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, level, etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs, wastage, making cutouts, required pattern in plain, curved or any geometric shape and design wherever required all as per specifications , drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. i) 18 mmthk. granite stone of approved colour / shade including 20mm thick cement mortar bedding of Readymix C.M 1:4 (1cement : 4 sand) including grey cement slurry at 4.4kg / Sqm over bedding and matching slurry with cement at 2.2kg/sqm for grouting the joints.

Providing, laying & fixing precast interlocking paver blocks of M/s. Supertiles, over a layer of 50mm thick stone dust over well consolidated sub-base including filling the joints with stone dust etc.transporting to site, placing to proper line &level, finishing the top surfaces with two coats of lacquer finish etc. including cost of allmaterials labour,tools etc complete as perspecification, drawing as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

a) 60mm thick paver block of M35 grade of approved design, size and colour in footpath including finishing the top surfaces with twocoats of lacquer finish etc.

Proof rolling with 8/10 tonne power roller oversub-base of the road to achieve proper consolidation including watering etc.complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made precast Bull nose Kerb stones of 125 x 375 x 600 mm of M/s super tiles or approved manufacturer over concrete bedding, fixing,jointing and pointing with CM 1:3,curing etc complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick Marking strips (retro-reflective) of approved shade/colour using hot thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater driven by experienced operator on road surfaces including cost of materials, labour, T&P, cleaning the surfaces off all dirt seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC.

Supplying & fixing the following sizes uv-stabilized Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes & Fittings of specified class of various dia. & having thermal stability for both hot & cold water supply consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying CPVC pipes and CPVC plain / brass threaded fittings, SDR - 11 having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply conforming to IS 15778 with ISI mark equivalent approvals as per relevant standards. ii) Laying and fixing the pipe and specials on exposed surfaces/underground, to correct line, level and plumb for water supply line, using metal straps (On wall surfaces ) at 1.00 mtr. interval or as directed by the EIC. iii) Jointing the pipes and Specials using Solvent Cement conforming to IS 15225 & Teflon tape (for threaded joints) of approved makes including cutting the pipe to required size, preperation of surfaces, necessary tools etc. all complete. v) Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition using cement mortar/concrete using water proofing compound. iv) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure as per manufacturers cataglouge for leak proof joint or as per relevant I.S code.

Painting plastered /concrete surfaces with two coats of exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint of M/s Asian Paint or at par approved manufacture and approved colour and shade over a coat of cement based water repellent paint of approved make and shade as mentioned below all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including providing necessary scaffolding ,cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Supplying & fixing 120 mm thick designed to sustain the vehicular load of 20 Tons heavy duty precast steel fibre reinforced concrete (SFRC) covers with or without perforations of required size capable to sustain the vehicular load, of approved make and including cost of necessary steel reinforcement, forms / moulds etc. transporting, laying at proper place and location over the storm water drain etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying synthetic plaster finish paint "Renovo/Durashield/RUF & TUF of Sherwin Williams[BJN Paints]/ Chemtex or approved equivalent paint over plastered surface by applying one coat of approved coat of ASP 2 mm thick as per manufacturers specification by trowel and applying two coats finish exterior acrylic paint of approved colour and shade on specified locations internal /external surface in plane, curved / any geometric shape as recommended by approved manufacturer, to perfect line, level, plumb including finishing with sharp edge at corners, nitches etc.all as per manufacturer's recommendations and specification or as directed by EIC, including all labour materials, scaffolding, staging, if required & surface preparation etc. all complete at all heights, leads, location and lifts as specified in drawing and as directed by the EIC. Note:- Finished surface area shall be measured for payment.

Providing, laying and fixing in position 20 mm thick machine cut, Factory Dressed natural SAND STONE in required sizes, shade, shape and pattern in plain/curved or any geometric shape of approved quality & colour in flooring /skirting /cladding, tree guard at all location fixed with MYK Laticrete 335- Multipurpose adhersive or equivalent over 12 mm thick cement mortar backing of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including providing and fixing with required stainless steel pins / clamps / dowels,drilling holes, making notches etc. for securely fixing with cram / pins to wall including grey cement slurry/paste and grouting the joints matching colour including rounding the (edges in semicircle) exposed edges, wastage ,polishing all exposed faces etc.complete as per specifications and drawings and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm thick machine cut, Factory Dressed natural SAND STONE in combination of sizes (in mm) 300 x 150 / 150 x 150 / 200 x 150 or as per approved size, shade, shape and pattern over cladding.

Designing,fabricating (Laser Cutting), Erecting & fixing Metal Art work of approved design and pattern made out of 300mm wide x 8mm thick M.S sheet built up section connected by 75mm x8mm M.S Flat fabricated & bent shape. The height of the metal art is 1200mm. The art work is consisting of 4 differnet units, finally articulated and connected each one as per the approved image and fixed over RCC pedestal ( As per structural detail) .RCC pedestal shall be provided with 400mmx400mmx10mm M.S plate embeded in concrete with suitable lugs. The entire assembly is painted with black matt finish or approved finish over a coat of anti corrosive paint of zinc chromate primer.The rate shall include one coat of zinc rich primer after properly cleaning the steel surface with wire brush and mild acid solution followed by washing with water and drying the surface completely. The rate shall be also inclusive of suppying, cutting, welding gas cutting wastages and staging for erecting etc complete as per specfication, drawings & as directed by EIC

Providing composite feature tree branch climbing system as per approved details in combination of RCC-M-30 grade concrete and plaster in C:M 1:4 and casting RCC column in circular/semi circular of dia 400 mm over the existing stone pitching up to pitching height & projection of 450mm beyond pitching in circular shape of dia 450mm for the portion projected beyond the pitching (minimum projection shall be 450mm.) for mural tree climbing system to the required profile, shape & size as per the detailing. Main central RCC column of 400mm dia to be casted over the existing pitching at center in half round & circular for the projection of 450mm beyond the pitching.All including shuttering, plastering work with GI mesh in CM. 1:4 with minimum thickness of 15mm to 50mm to get the required profile and shape & size of tree branch climbing system . All the main & subbranches of specified size and shape shall be casted to the given profile as per drawings & all as per the direction of EIC. Note : 1.The plastered surface shall be finished with textured tree bark finish and painting with approved tree shade & color. 2.Reinforcement &Textured finish will be measured & paid under relevant item.

Supplying following dia DWC HDPE pipe with HDPE fittings and fixtures, fixing the pipe with solvent /welded joints for antisyphonage or drainage of waste water from Sanitaryware,Lab.Sinks etc. laying the pipe line onexposed surfaces or in concealed as shown in the drawingor as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, cutting holes or chases in RCC or brickwork structures, making good thesurface to the original condition all complete as specified or as directed by the E-I-C.

Designing, fabricating, providing & fixing Pebble stone art of aproved design of approx size 1200 mm x 900 mm including all the fixing arrangment, labour, material etc. complete all as per specfication,drawings & as directed by EIC. Note :- Pebble colour sizes (Various from 40mm to 10mm) and shape shall be as per the approved design. All pebbles shall be natural and polished. Pebbles shall be fixed with M/s MYK laticrete-335 multipurpose adhesive/M/s fosroc or equivalent on concrete/plaster/tile surface etc.

Providing & fixing GI plastering mesh of M/s Arpita or equivalent of 22 guage & 12mm mesh size , with necessary "U" hooks, clips or nails at all floors and levels, wherever required to prevent development of cracks in plaster surfaces, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge (Only area of chicken mesh provided shall be measured for payment)

Designing, providing, applying Artistic paint work using approved acrylic paints of approved picture of pet animals ,natures etc of approx size of 900 mm x 1200 mm over the existing rocks including all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including providing necessary scaffolding,cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications , drawings and as directed by Engineer in Charge
