Conductive Flooring: 2mm thick Conductive flooring with carbon backing total thickness 2.00mm, total weight 3.000 g/m2 polyurethane reinforced ,scratch resistant, fire resistant, chemical resistant , slip resistant, anti fungi & bacterial growth , dimensional stability 0.40%, static electrical charger < 2Kv , impact sound reduction approx +4bd, electrical resistant. Installation : The flooring would be installed on a smooth, clean sub floor which should be free from any undulation .A copper strip/mesh should be layer under the tiles, with one earthing point for every 150 sft of area and good quality water based adhesive for fixing as per as manufacturers recommendation. Thermal Welding : The joints must be welds by the heat fusion process to get a seamless floor. Designer/degital wall tiles laid as in repair in vertical surfaces 7mm thick and area exc 0.13 Sqm and not exceeding 0.18 Sqm each set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles over and including 10mm thick screed in CM 1:3 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

22 mm thick floor tiles laid as in repair in floor/path etc. set over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with polymer based cementious tile jointing filler, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make: Duracrete manufactured by M/S Intex Designer Tiles Pvt Ltd.any other equivalent makes as approved by GE.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on wall beam and column in floor slabs and roofs landing deck slabs and in shelves, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Temporarily blocking of inlet of septic tanks/manhole with suitable wooden plugs/gunny bags and pumping/bailing out effluent and taking out/removing the accumulated sludge soil sewage/any other foreign/foul materials etc (solid/semisolid) from the septic tanks/manholes. complete and cleaning the septic tank/manholes with water by mechanically/manually including taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet and making the system functional , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. (NOTE: Depth of manhole/SOAK WELL/SEPTIC TANK exc 0.5 to 1.5M from below GL)

Temporarily blocking of inlet of septic tanks/manhole with suitable wooden plugs/gunny bags and pumping/bailing out effluent and taking out/removing the accumulated sludge soil sewage/any other foreign/foul materials etc (solid/semisolid) from the septic tanks/manholes. complete and cleaning the septic tank/manholes with water by mechanically/manually including taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet and making the system functional , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. (NOTE: Depth of manhole/SOAK WELL/SEPTIC TANK exc 1.50M to 4.50M from below GL)

Temporarily blocking of sewage line with suitable wooden plugs/gunny bags and cleaning the same by rod-ding and removing the sludge alongwith brick bats/stones/broken bottles/any other foreign materials etc complete and cleaning the sewage line with water by mannually/mechanilly as directed by EIC, and taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet and making the system functional all as specified and directed for 150 mm bore size of pipe lines , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Temporarily blocking of sewage line with suitable wooden plugs/gunny bags and cleaning the same by rod-ding and removing the sludge alongwith brick bats/stones/broken bottles/any other foreign materials etc complete and cleaning the sewage line with water by mannually/mechanilly as directed by EIC, and taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet and making the system functional all as specified and directed for 200 mm bore size of pipe lines , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Temporarily blocking of sewage line with suitable wooden plugs/gunny bags and cleaning the same by rod-ding and removing the sludge alongwith brick bats/stones/broken bottles/any other foreign materials etc complete and cleaning the sewage line with water by mannually/mechanilly as directed by EIC, and taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet and making the system functional all as specified and directed for 300 mm bore size of pipe lines , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (of approved shade) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only 4mm dia plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3 , in fencing including straining and fixing to steel posts and/or to straining bolts as directed. (each line of wire to be measured)

ACP sheet 3mm thick wooden finish along with almuminium frame work and making groove and shelf fixed as in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
