Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified.

Taking down shutters exceeding 1.0 sqm but not exceeding 2.0 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specifeid.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls etc. Including racking out jointing, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing all the demolished material outside cantt area.

Supply & laying dry river sand as cable cushioning 15cm thick layer before laying and 8cm thick over cable after laying the cable in trench

Supply & laying dry bricks over cable as mechanical protection layed flat with width equal to length of brick with sub class 'B' bricks.

M&L for machine cut Kota Stone slab flooring 16- 18mm thick over 20mm thick screed bed in C:M 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with or without pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing GI snap grid frame work (Grid size 605cm x 605cm) for false ceiling consisting of main runner 'T' of size 24mm x 32mm and 0.3mm thick , Secondary runner 'T' of size 24mmx25mm and 0.3mm thick, GI angle 24mmx24mm and 0.4mm thick, Bottom exposed capping of width 24mm of all T-sections shall be of 0.25mm thick PPGI, hot dipped galvanised steel with zink coating not less than 120gm / Sqm, ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI wire hanging from existing purlins /roof slab with butterfly clips including Gypsum ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 x 9 mm laminated with 0.07 mm thick polyvinyl film on the face side and 10 micron metalized polyester film on the back side fixed on GI snap grid including taking down of old us material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Material & labour for pressed steel frame of size 125mm x 60mm made out of 1.25mm sheet for doors double rebated including mild steel hinges medium weight 100mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast, tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-I.

Material & labour for pressed steel frame of size 105mm x 60mm made out of 1.25mm sheet for doors double rebated including mild steel hinges medium weight 100mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast, tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-I.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class HW rail and style plain, framed, factory made panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class HW, glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass / gauge (without sash bar) edges of forming plain chamfered orrounded fitted with cut and mitred bead for securing glass/gauge etc size of shutter as per SSR part-1 section 8 clause 8.24(a).

S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aparture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples.

Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceilings or concrete surfaces such as chajjas, upward facia, downward facias and similar items finished even of smooth including dubbing coat without using extra cement upto any height including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified.

Demolition of (Cement concrete unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing all the demolished material outside cantt area.

M&L 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.
