Lowering down of the non-clogging submersible / pumping set, after repair of any description and any capacity & in any position, in UG sump Open well along with column pipe 80/50mm Dia and submersible cable of any size (approximately 10 mtr depth of pump set from GL including Colum pipe submersible cable only any size and type) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including making necessary electric connections pipe connection & testing the pump set after lowering. NOTE: 1. Contractor shall take proper precautions while lowering pump set in Open well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipment's required for lowering down pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 2. Rates quoted by the contractor for the above item includes the cost of assembling & connecting pump set to column pipes & assembling, jointing and fixing column pipes/pump sets/submersible cable and making necessary connections and including reconnecting water supply system. The required materials like column pipes/ /submersible cable/pump sets etc (new/old retrieved materials) shall be provided by the department to contractor for fixing and lowering in open wells

Cutting and taking out existing burnt out unserviceable copper winding from the stator unit of submersible motor of 10 /12 HP capacity, 3 phase, 415 volts, Non clogging Submersible pump set Cleaning of slots and complete stator unit with using carbon tetra chloride (CTC solution), material and labour for rewinding the motor with using super enamelled copper wire of existing size / gauge including providing bi-metallic thermal overload protection and all necessary insulating Materials such as varnish, insulating paper, sleeves etc complete all as specified & directed.

Washing the Gravells/Pavel's thoroughly, sieving stacking size wise for re use of serviceable qty and removing unserviceable qty from site all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate is deem to be included for necessary T & P and scaffolding required for lifting and removing from the filter beds.

Refilling (loose filling) of quartz gravels of size 10- 15mm , filling in the Filter Bed of rapid gravity filter complete all as specified and directed

Refilling (loose filling) of quartz gravels of size 05- 10mmmm , filling in the Filter Bed of rapid gravity filter. Complete all as specified and directed (Note for Gravels as obtained shall be re used and no void shall be considered for measurent)

Material & Labour for supplying, filling n testing Fresh quartz sand Arena of size 0,4mm to 0,8mm and coefficient of uniformity shall be between1.3 to 1.7,and silica content should be not less than 90%, filling in layers in the Filter Beds, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing PVC MBBR Media and sledge, Complete MBBR filter chambers for MBBR Based 200 KLDSTP Filter Tanks of three sites 1- Pinto park , 2-Chamble Complex, 3-Bhind Bihar(B Flt)STP , stacking the materials (size wise) where directed. Washing the tank ,, sieving stacking size wise for re use of serviceable qty and removing unserviceable qty from site all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate shall be included for necessary T & P and scaffolding required for lifting and removing MBBR Media from the filter beds.

S&F New PVC MBBR Media from MBBR Based STP Filter Tank Capacity 200 KLD Each, Total three No STP, 1- Pinto park STP , 2-Chamble Complex, 3-Bhind Bihar(B Flt)STP , Filling the materials (size wise) where directed at site all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate shall be included for necessary T & P and scaffolding required for the filter beds.

Dewatering of water in sluice valve pit chamber by pump set/manually opening the sluice valve gland plate chamber filling the gland packing rope of size 6mm to 12m Dia as required and fixng the gland plate chamber in same position complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge Note : Necessary T&P used at site shall be arranged by the contractor with out any extra cost.

Supply & fixing in repairs galvanized iron column pipe of 50 mm Dia medium grade (ISI marked) duly threaded both sides for sockets /flanges including provision of all necessary fittings/ accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs galvanized iron column pipe / disribution pipe of 100 mm Dia medium grade (ISI marked) duly threaded both sides for sockets / flanges joint including provision of all necessary fittings/ accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fluorescent sign board size 1.8m x 0.90m made out of 24 gauge GI sheet and front covered with acrylic sheet total enclosed with computerised letter writings of size not less than 100mm as decided by Engineer-in-Charge and inside with 4 feet long 02 Nos of 18 Watt LED tube light fitting complete with time control switch, MCB and battery back up with timer and synchronised motor board including wiring should be fix on 40mm bore medium grade pipe pole. The height of board from ground level is 7 feet (up to top) and the bottom of the board is 4 feet. The mounting pole shall be embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate of size 450x450x600mm with complete service connection of 2.50 Sqmm 3 core copper sheathed cable 10 metre long including protection pipe service connection from the pole by means of 25mm Dia light grade pipe to the board including excavation, returning filling and removing out surplus soil, complete all as specified and directed.
