Comprehensive maintenance and attending day to day complaints for maintain smooth functioning of all AC plants and resolving day to day complaints of Air conditioning plant (central/package), chiller units, AHU any capacity in Bhatinda cantt area and repairing / replacement of any item or component of required after resolving complaints to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and as directed. Note: (i) Services for MAJOR maintenance which require control circuit issues shall be carried out by SERVICE ENGINEER of respective company and the rates is included in this item. Nothing extra to be paid on this account. contractor will attend complaint regarding to leakage of refregerant gas from AC plant ,contractor will find out leakage and necessary welding work and recharging of Gas after nitrogen flushing will be carried out, refrigerant gas will be measure and paid seperately in appropriate item of schedule'A' BoQ.. (ii) Major replacement/renewal company authorised Engineer should attend the fault. (iii) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separely under appropriate items of schedule 'A' BoQ .Minor repair work which consisting of no part replacement but plant can be start like wise lugs replacement ,wire burnt etc. contactors, relays, MCCB and timer will strictly be bought as per model mentioned in schedule A. (iv) Contractor will depute a electritian and referigeration mech with suoervisor for collecting the complains ,contractor will provide vehicle to technitian.All complaints to be attended and rectified within 24 hrs if failing which Rs 500.00/day will be recovered. (iv) T&P / vehicle required for technician and semi skilled shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost to attend complaints and carry out the repair works at various locations of cantt area and the cost is included in this item and nothing extra shall be be paid in this regard. following AC plants :-

Material and labour for de-scaling of AC plant which consisting of 12.5 TR compressor Scroll type compressor of Central AC Plant and cleaning of chocked pipe water circulating lines including service valves,condenser (Heat Exchanger) to cooling tower ,circulating concentrated de-scaling solution ( diluted hydrochloric acid) mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complite deposites/scale is removed or 24 hours whichever is later & as ordered, Circulating through pump,servicing of valves,cooling tower,water spray assemble ,cleaning with suitable size of drill rod ,wire brush including dismantling and connecting all desmantled components in proper position after srevicing/overhauling etc replacement of packing gasket 3mm thick,Nuts,Bolts with washer,testing of water line for leakage,complite all as specified and derected by Engineer-in Charge -complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. All as per item No 3 above but Existing Make : M/s carrier of reciprocating compressor, 3x5 TR each at 10 TAC, single stage, 415 Volts, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, shell & tube type condenser with carbon steel plate, copper tube, incl carbon plate shell & tube flooded type chiller unit complete all as directed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for dismantling of electric driven horizontal induction motor of capacity 2.0 HP of any type and make, by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting of electric connections, dismantling of motor, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts i. e. bearings, bush, thrust plate, thrust bearing, connector plate, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper (Class "F"), sealing compounds etc and reassembling the motor after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc and reinstallation of the motor in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, complete all as directed. Note : (i) The cost of winding wire and all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and from) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at repair shop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this account.

Material & Labour for complete overhauling of condenser/chiller centrifugal pumpset of 25.00/20.00/15.00 HP by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting suction & discharge water lines and removing of electric connection, dismantling the U/S pumpset from MS foundation, detaching the pump, opening the pump, remelting the shaft and filling of metal at decayed portions including all kind of machine works i.e. welding, turning, polishing etc as required to make the shaft of required shape and size, as original, balancing the shaft and refitting in pump body; complete replacement of impeller set with new; replacement of Cushy foot anti vibration pad with and incl carrying out complete repair / replacement of damaged parts i.e. bearings, bush, gland plate, gland packing, coupling assembly etc and reassembling the pump after greasing of moving parts and reinstallation of the pump with motor in original location using new MS stud, nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc; checking the alignment; reconnecting the suction and delivery pipes, making proper electric connection, testing and commissioning for smooth operation at optimum efficiency, complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for complete cleaning of cooling tower including taking out the cooling fan motor with blade cleaning the blade with caustic soda, removing the top cover, taking out sprinkler set cleaning the holes of sprinkler, removing the fills, replacing the broken/damaged fills, cleaning the fills, cleaning the pipe line and strainers, with pressure motor and reassembling all the parts and make the cooling tower fully functional.
