Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge or thickness as in roof covering complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge .

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength 550 MPA as in roof covering in roof covering incudingl ridge fixed with self tapping screws / L type or J type hook as specified.

All as per Ser Item No 03 above but as in ridge/flashing board of width or girth not less than 610mm.

S&F mild steel flat iron for wind tie etc including necessary drilling holes and fixing with necessary self drilling and self tapping screws/bolts and nuts, neoprene and limpet washers with 150mm end laps wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces of exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for washing down and stopping of old distempered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete plastered/un-plastered surfaces of walls pillars cornices and applying one coat of antifungal weather proof emulsion paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling inlcuding cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) removing to serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises etc complete all as specifeid.

M&L 20 mm thick granite (of any type) machine cut in wall/Pillar laid over cement slurry and pointed with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing incl 15mm thick cement screed in CM(1:4) laid and jointed in neat cement slurry with pigment to match the colour of stone complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured (nonskid) ceramic tiles of size 300x300x7mm thick over and including 15mm thick cement screed in CM(1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) and bedded & jointed with neat gray cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Renewing of glazed tiles in patches as in floor/walls, area n exc 5 sq. m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F coloured glazed ceramic colour tiles 450mm X 350mm X 7 to 8mm thick in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 1st quality Vetrified Ceramic tiles 9-10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match ,light shade, including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specifeid and directed.

S&F 100 mm PVC (SWR) floor trap,plain with grating inluding jointing with solvent cement all as specified and directed.

S&F for rotational moulded HDPE double layers, polythyene 500 litrs water storage tanks cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position including. 20mm dia float valve brass fitting , including taking down old PVC water storage tank by disconnecting complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down G.I tubing 15mm bore including connections & clearing for re-fixing or removal to store all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F for 15mm bore G.I tube medium grade fixed to wall or under floor complete including cutting chases and making good in CM 1:3 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply ony Pillar taps as in repair, fancy type cast copper alongwith capstan heads, chromium plated,swan neck, screwed down high pressure , with or without coppered ‘H’ or ‘C’ with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe size 15mm all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs bib tap 15mm dia chromium plated fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F 15mm bib tap standard of PTMT any colour fancy type long body high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 15 mm- 105 gms) etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100mm swivel type shower rose of PTMT with shower arm15 mm size, 195 mm long of any colour for fixing with 15 mm pipe (min weight 40 gms) complete all as specified and directed.
