'B' class watering Pipe ,including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed funnel, and Heavy duty weather proof poly-propylene earth pit chamber with lockable Jam free lid suitable for safe working load 5000 Kg or more of size Top Dia. 225 to 260 mm, Bottom Dia 300 to 350 mm. and Height 250 to 300 mm. and embodying the pipe complete with alternate layers salt and coke/ charcoal, testing of earth resistance for value of 5 ohms or less as required & must record by engineer in charge during site visit and ensure to enter in measurment book.All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Supply & Laying following size earth strip in horizontal or vertical run in surface by means of Earth strip DMC Insulator including riveting/ soldering/ welding, Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 set of Brass (for Cu strip) / GI (for GI Strip) nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50cm making connection etc. as required.All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. SITC of high mast lighting system (as per PLG 07 of ILP UK technical report no 7 of ILE UK /IS: 875 Part-1- 2015//BSEN10025/and IS: 2062) consisting of totally hot dip galvanized by piecewise single dipped method high mast, lantern carriage suitable for up to 18 nos luminaries with welded arm (excluding luminaries), mast head frame assembly with full cover, including 1 No. LED 15 Watts aviation obstruction light, double drum type self-sustaining winch, integral power tool accessible from door with padlocking arrangement (winch motor with control circuit) hot dipped galvanized heavy duty pipe lightening finial, Stainless steel 6 mm dia. wire ropes (AISI 316, 7/ 19 construction 3 no. rope for lantern carriage & 2 no. rope for winch assembly) foundation bolt, torque limiter, PR insulated PCP sheathed 5 core x 2.5 Sq.mm trailing cable, including outdoor type control panel for auto on/off, reverse/forward motor operation. The mast is constructed from mild steel plates (as per IS 5986 Gr. 510) cut and folded to form a polygonal section, telescopic jointed and welding as per BS 5135.etc. as required including cost of RCC Foundation as per OEM Design & Drawings. Supplying and making one end termination with Nickel plated heavy duty brass single compression gland (as per IS 12943-1990)) SIBG type consisting of Check Nut, Gland Body, Metal Washer(3 Nos.), Outer Seal Rubber Ring, Compression Nut, heavy duty aluminium lugs (as per IS 8309 -1993) duly crimped with crimping tool, PVC tape as per IS 8337-1976 of following size of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1100 volt grade as required.All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing of fuse box size 250(H) x 200(W) x 150(D) mm fabricated of 1.6mm MS sheet with hinged cover, dust and vermin proof, rubber gasket, locking arrangement, duly holded with 2 nos pole clamps of 20 mm x 3 mm flat with nut and bolts, complete with anticorrosive treatment, finished with two coat of approved enamel paint. The box shall be provided with 2 / 4 nos copper bus bar 125 x 20 x 3 mm with brass screws suitable supports,earth terminal, inter connection, knock outs for 20 / 25 mm cable gland, 1 no. 6 Amp MCB complete in all respect.
