Dismantling wall and celling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) any thickness including cover fillets as directed.

S&F 12mm thick Plain Perforated partical board tiles for insulation and accustic purposes 60x60cm in size, fixed The panel is inserted in a frame made of anodised Aluminium or GI T section of size 25mmx25mm in square type grid of size 600mmx600mm. The aluminium/GI framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of J hook and GI wire /6mm MS rods of required size to maintain proper level. The Aluminium /GI framework is supported on side wall with the help of aluminium/GI L section of size 25mmx25mm angle. Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and manufacturer's specification & drawing.

S&F 30mm thick Acoustic Perforated Plain PVC wall panelling consisting of PVC Perforated panels having wall thikness of 5.0mm (+ 0.25) thick and PVC sheet of Density 600 Kg/Cbm manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company and the desired thickness of Glasswool/Rockwoolpasted with perforated sheet with suitable adhesive. The battoms of 25mm thick and 50 mm wide should have in their center a grove of 6 mm width and 1 mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used of fix the strips to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 25mm between two PVC battons. The PVC battons shall be fixed to the wall using 75mm long MS screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not more than 200mm. A groove of 2 mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aestheic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall, the wall using screws of adequated length. The screws shall be placed at a distance of 150mm and shall be 25mm from the edge of the insulated panel on all four sides of the panel. The PVC battons of 5mm (+ 0.5mm) thick PVC Sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges, shall be struck using solvent cement adhesive at the places where two panels are jointed, so as to cover the screw of both the panels, using solvent cement. 90 Degree heat bent strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm x 75mm feathered at the edges shall be struck at wall joints/ pillars etc. Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and manufacturer's specification & drawing. Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion at the rate of 2.25 litre perilinear metre of perimeter wall including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floors drilling and plugging holes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment of voids in masonry, alongwith wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 1.00 litre per holes, soil under existing floors using emulsion @ 1.00 litre per hole, including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) and match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sqm of the vertical surface of the sub structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding, returning filling, ramming and consolidating etc complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre / hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same with cement mortar (1:3) & painted with white or coloured paint complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of stone/ brick masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar as in portion ordered and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wood & wood based material of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying Two coat of synthetic enamel paint (ist quality) over a coat of Pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood & wood based material of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ist quality) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/Aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc., removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc. complete all as directed.
