6 Necessity :- The construction work of Dhaurabhatha to Somaikhurd Road of Bemetara district was included in the budget of the year 2022-23 under "Post No. 3041 (Demand No. 24/5059-2457). Whose administrative approval was received on 03/03/2022 from the Public Works Department, Mahanadi Bhawan Naya Raipur vide letter no. F17-269/2021/19/T-2, Raipur Date 09/03/2022 and technical approval was received through letter no. 1835/W/2022-23 Durg Date 10/05/2022 (TS. No.- 20/CE/10/2022-23) from the Chief Engineer Durg Zone Durg Public Works Department. In the technical approval estimate, the work of RCC Drain was approved in village Dhorabhatha, but at the time of road construction, there was a dispute by the villagers and the drain construction work was not done by Contractor. This was done, and the work was completed in a stable condition. Currently, the villagers are demanding the construction of a drain after resolving their dispute, the estimate has been prepared and presented.

7 Provision :- Following provision has been made in this Estimate :-

(i) P.C.C. M-15 for Base

R.C.C. M-20 for Wall & Slab Cover

8 Specifications :- Rates adopted as per P.W.D. Road SOR affected from 01.01.2015 and specification as per MOST

9 Rates :- As per Road SOR issued by Engineer-in-Chief P.W.D. wef 01/01/2015 and amendments upto date.
