Demolition of brick wall built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with flyash old size bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No -2, but except bricks (using old size bricks obtained from item No - 01)

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on brick wall, finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) of approved make.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position as in ground floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 8-10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as directed.

M&L precast RCC(1:2:4) B-1 using 20mm graded aggragate as cover slab set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick, cement concrete, type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) plinth protction finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking off existing covers of septic tank, cesspool, soak well, lift well, soak pit or manholes and cleaning the same of any size/capacity by dewatering and taking out sludge in liquid mud, silt or in solid state after emptying the water with the help of combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on vehicle having facilities of high pressure of water thermoplastic fiber blended water jetting hose & through conical or round shape nozzle pipe and removing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 1500m and burying the sludge in newly excavated pits of suitable sizes and covering the same with excavated earth and placing back in position the removed covers and set in cement mortar 1 : 4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Use bleaching powder for disinfection purposes in all stages of cleaning, no separate payment will be made for this)

Removing carefully the cover slabs of manholes of any size and shape and removing the scum/sludge including any organic or inorganic matters and disposing the same to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m where directed and setting the manhole cover old in position in CM 1:6 after inspection by Engr-in-Charge and as directed.

Cleaning carefully 100mm dia pipe with using fresh water for the blockage in CI or SWG pipe of the following sizes in between man holes using mechanically oprated Hydraulic pressure machine equpied with jet and suction pressure cleaning and passing rubber ball through line to ensure all blockage perfectly clear complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No 15 above but 150mm dia pipe complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of blockage in the floor/nahni traps in kitchen or bath room or sinks by manually or with water jet after carefully removing the old gratingw and refixing the grating in the same position including finishing with white cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Removal carefully the precast cover slab of drain, Cleaning and removing of silts from drain and hume pipe of any description by roding and well flushing with water, taking out west materials and disposing the same to a distance not exc 50m and setting the same cover in old position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing carefully the cover slabs of gully traps of any size and shape and removing the scum/sludge including any organic or inorganic matter to a distance exc 250m and n exc 500m and setting the civer slab in old position in CM 1:6 after inspection by Engineer-in-Charge and as directed.

M&L for removing the plant from walls & roof of the building with complete roots, applying recommended chemicals to prevent further growth as directed, making good the disturbed surface with Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and applying surface finishs to match the existing surface including removal of debris etc outside the premises complete all as required and specified.

M&L cleaning of the service tanks of capacity upto 500 liters twice (as directed) installed on roofs and 2nd, 3rd, or 4th stories of building at various places by emptying the tanks, by removing the scale and other all other foreign materials deposited on side wall and bottom of the tanks by scraping and brushing with wire brush and cleaning with bleaching powder slurry and allowed to dry and tank washing and cleaning the tank with fresh water including refixing the top cover of tank properly after cleaning and writing letters such as details of the tanks like date of cleaning, capacity of tank with synthetic enamel paint with letter size 10cm heigh in block colour, over a thick of size 60x 30mm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Sl Item No.21 above but service tanks of capacity above 500 liters and upto 1000 liters.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundations, etc. or manholes, sewage lines, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated spoil/earth to a distance not exc.50M and deposited where directed at a level not exc.1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soft /loose excavated soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 CM and all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes of 100 mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or RCC) set in cement motar complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes of 150 mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or RCC) set in cement motar complete all as directed.

S&F 100mm dia HDPE double wall corrugated SN 8 underground drainage/sewer pipes, confirming to IS 7328, single socketed in any length jointed with solvent cement laid in trenches or floors etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 100mm dia pipes concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 30 above but 150mm dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of blockage in the WC "P" traps in toilet up to 1st Manholes by manually or with water jet after carefully removing the connected Caps of pipe and refixing the same in the position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
