Repairing of Stator Portion

Cost of new D.G.V. covered copper conductor.

Formation of D.G.C. covered conductor into coils.

Varnishing the reformed coils with H.T. grade varnish.

Overhang portion of the coil's insulation with GMP, kafton & glass tap.

Moulding the coils with Mica therm & Mica folium by baking & insulation from moulded portion t head with GM, GM tape with re-varnishing.

Inserting the coils in the core slot in chronological manner by Nomex for slot insulation, in-betwee wedges, coil to coil separator & insulting blocks. Binding the overhang portion coils with unvarnished glass sleeving.

Insulation of circuit connection, jumpers, coil to series & leads with kafton, Nomex, GMP tapes, la insulation to be given on the leads with sealing tapes & dry the winding.

Inserting the silicon glass wedges.

Circuit connection & re-jump ring with a silver rod, D/A, oxygen etc.

Existing Rotor winding cleaning, washing.

Dismantling of Motor's stator & rotor, de-brazing the circuit connection, removing of lot wedges, coils taken out from the stator's slot, slots cleaning by approved tape cleaner.

Testing re-wound Motor

Repairing of Rotor Portion

Dismantling of draw out-out/stepping out the old burnt damage bars after de-brazing the circuit connection/socket & removing the slot wedges

De-carbonizing & cleaning the old existing balance copper strips & core slots after removing the old burnt insulation materials

F class Varnish & Thinner both baking & finish type

Inserting the newly insulated/moulted copper bars into the core slots in chronological manner

Rotor binding

Silver brazing electrode (Rupaton Rod)/DA/Oxygen & other hardware item for circuit connection

Baking/dryout of core slot of coils, circuit connection, resembling the motor

Re-mettaling of rotor shaft in worn out of bearing portion & making straight the bended shaft by re-metallisation and trueness checking of the shaft after rectification of bent

Making core locking with shaft by hydraulic press & key guard

Fixing sleeves in worn-out of bearing journal of end cover

Industrial gas & Brazing rod for Rotor bar with both end ring

Reparing & Machining of Rotor bar

Labour Charges above complete this Job
