Priming the surface with brushbond Roof Guard primer of FOSROC or equivalent (01 litre of brush bond Roof gurad mixed with one litre of water and applying three coats of Brushbond Roof Guard for 1mm DFT thickness @ 0.5 lit/sqm/coat, the waterproofing coating shall be Brushbond Roof Guard is a single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced high build & easy roller applied, brushable coating available in different colours for application in multiple layers, (minimum 3 layer application). Product shall have 70% minimum soild content, min 100% elongation, permeability as per BSEN 12390 part 8. The product is designed to be easily mixed on site using a slow speed drill fitted with a mixing paddle and then applied to the substrate using a brush or roller for best results complete by manufacturer's authorized applicator as per manufacturer’s specification complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down spalled, unsound, damaged and distressed plaster/concrete by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing good structure, exposing the reinforcement naked if any by rubbing with wire burshes, emery cloth and disposal of debris upto a distance not exceeding 100 mtr etc. providing and applying structural grade two component solvent -free epoxy resin based bonding agent with an open time of ≥6 hrs (Nitobond EP of FOSROC, or equivalent) having shear strength 10N/mm² in 7 days. Supply and application of single component, dual shrinkage compensated fiber reinforced repair mortar Rendroc Sp 40 of FOSROC or equivalent having compressive strength minimum 45 MPa in 28 days and flexural Strength 8 MPa in 28 days, for repairing the damaged surface of concrete. Application of the products shall be by manufacturer's authorized applicator and as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying (REBAKLENS) solutions of FOSROCor equivelent on naked steel bars to achieve complete removal of rust complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying anti corrosive treatment : anticorrosive treatment to reinforcement by applying zinc rich epoxy based protective coating with Zinc Rich Epoxy coating like Nitozinc Primer std of Fosroc or equivalent on the dry surface of the rebars (existing and additional rebars if provided) (Mode of measurement - per Kg of Material consumed). Application of the products shall be by manufacturer's authorized applicator and as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling holes for pressure grouting of 25mm dia, 50 to 75 mm deep in RC structural members at the intervals of 350 mm in stagged manner or as directed by Engr-in-charge, cleaning of holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles, fixing Teflon perforated non returnable nozzles in RCC members in cleaned holes by applying thixotropic epoxy mortar to ensure complete sealing and cutting of exposed portion of nozzles if any by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. Supplying & injecting low viscous epoxy injection resin for crack injection grouting with (Conbextra EP10 of FOSROC or equivalent) having Flexural strength of 40N/mm² in 7 days and Compressive strength of 45 N/mm² in 1 day, by pressure and using injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout including all tools and materials. Application of the products shall be by manufacturer's authorised applicator, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and carry out waterproofing treatment to OHT after proper surface preparation by mechanical grinding to remove loose concrete, dirt, loose mortar, curing compound etc. pre-dampening concrete surface, mixing and application of two coats of Nitocote CM 210 using suitable brush or roller as per coverage etc. complete including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer’s specification. Coating shall be approved under UK Water Byelaws Scheme, shall be having resistance to positive water pressure – 5 Bars(50 meter) (DIN 1048)Pt 5, negative water-pressure of 3 Bars (30 meter),static crack accommodation of 0.9 mm. Application of the products shall be by manufacturer's authorised applicator, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing tank/reservoir lining shall be Nitocote EP405 0f 200 micron DFT, a two pack epoxy coating pecific ally designed for contact with potable water. The cured film shall comply with the requirements of IS:9833 – 1981 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying high performance anticarbonation coating of min 200 micron thickness Deckguard E2000 with 2mm static crack bridging ability, co2 diffusion resistance, chloride ion resistance complete all as specified and directed. Note for Srl item no 101.00 to 107.00 :- Contractor has to visit the site before quoting the rates. Rates includes scaffloding work required for OHT of capacity 50000 Glns & height 21.00 Mtr from Ground Level. Rate also includes removing of shrubs, vegetation, and honey combs if any.
