Opening stuffing box of sluice valve and S&F new Stainless steel spindle with check nut fabricated out of superior quality all as per sample as required at site including replacement of unserviciable rubber gasket, bolts, nuts & washers suitable for following size of sluice valves:-

Returning and filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick using hard / dense soil complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at all level not exc 1.50 mtr abovethe strating point complete all as directed.

Taking up old GI tubing and connection from the trenches / floor or walls of the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earth work not included same will be priced, measured and paid seperately under relevent items of Sch 'A'

M & L for cutting existing steel tubing for alteration or addition (Each cut measured) of the sizes and screwing existing steel tubing for alteration of size 40/50mm bore size.

Material and Labour for construction of valve chambers in repairs of size 600 X 600 X 600MM depth with PCC foundation in the ratio 1:4:8 brick work cement motor in the ratio 1:4 using old size of class B bricks,.PCC coping at the Top in the Ratio 1:2:4; Plastering 15mm thick in the ratio 1:4 including MS sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 4mm, locking arrangement complete with painting on steel surfaces with one coat of red oxide paint over two coats of synthetic enamalled paint and on cement surface two coats of anti fungal paint all as specified and and directed.

M & L for fixing in repairs CI specials such as Cast Iron bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers (any type I.e straight, bend, increasing or decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross, collar, caps, connecting pieces up to 300 mm dia

M & L providing cement concrete type B1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, base for valve pit, making good the road cutting and like, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed

M & L rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface, finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of valve chamber of size 60x60x60cm (internal dimension) with two coats of antifungal paint inside and outside of chamber and chamber cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and removing small bushes and grass inside & outside of valve chamber all as specified and directed

All as per item No 27.00 but of size 90x90x75 cm (internal dimension)

Repair of valve chamber by cleaning and removing small bushes inside and surrounding the valve chamber and necessary brick works, plastering in cement mortar 1:4, painting with antifungal paint of 2 coats inside and out side including dismantling of unserviceable MS sheet cover, S & F new MS sheet cover of 3.15mm thick with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide to steel surface and locking arrangements, including necessary welding 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm (internal dimension) all as directed.

S & F in repairs UG sump manhole of size 700 x 700 mm (internal dimension) with angle iron frame 50x 50 x 6mm and MS sheet of thickness 3.15mm with hinges, lifting handle and locking arrangement including two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer inlcuding making good the disturbed cement plaster around the man hole chamber with necessary cement work all as specified and directed.

M&L Painting to UG sump manhole cover of size upto 800x800mm with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces etc all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4 mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples for covering UG sump air vent as specified and directed

Supply and fix 1000 ltrs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed

M &L brick work with burnt bricks best quality locally available bricks old size laid staright or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed including demolition old disturbed surfaces

S & F in repairs pressure gauge, 4"dial 0-14 kgs rating, fitted on CI/DI pipelines , including all necessary items required like ball valve, socket, nipple etc & dismantling the old one complete all as specified and as directed.
