| 1 | Material and Labour Demolition and Surface Preparation of Existing Concrete/Masonry Surfaces with Polymer Bonding Treatment:-
Chipping out manualy/mechanicaly old, damaged, loose, or deteriorated concrete, plaster, or binding materials (cement mortar with fine and coarse aggregates) up to an average depth of 20mm/ upto exposure of reinforcement from surfaces of walls, columns, beams, ceilings, and other RCC or masonry components using hand tools (chisel and hammer) or pneumatic chisels.The work includes Cutting edges neatly and forming square shoulders, Roughening (keying) of smooth surfaces, Removal of all unsound, decayed, or loose material, Cleaning and preparation of surface for further treatment and Disposal of debris outside MoD land at a distance exceeding 5 km but not exceeding 20 km, complete.
Further, applying one coat of polymer-based bonding agent (two-monomer hydrocarbon-based polymer emulsion) on the prepared surface to Improve bonding with new mortar/concrete, Enhance durability and flexibility, Reduce shrinkage, Provide resistance to moisture and emulsification.
The treated surface shall be Free from porosity,suitable for repair of dilapidated RCC members including encased reinforcement having performance requirements of resistance to CO₂ penetration and Minimum compressive strength: 11.5 N/mm² at 28 days.
Additional Conditions:
(i) Work to be executed at multiple and scattered locations across buildings upto 4th story bldgs.
(ii) Work shall be carried out through authorized representative of the manufacturer
(iii) Rates for Scafolding as required for the work to be included in quoted rates.

| 2 | Providing and executing drilling of holes in RCC members such as columns, beams, slabs, and projections using mechanical drilling tools to a depth suitable for fixing 15 mm dia holes, including cleaning of holes by vacuum to remove dust. Providing and fixing 15 mm dia, 50 mm long GI perforated nipples at 1.0 m centre-to-centre in both directions, Injecting polymer modified cementitious grout (PCM) mixed with approved integral waterproofing compound conforming to IS 2645:2003, using expanding, plasticized cementitious admixture with bonding agent to improve strength, adhesion, and waterproofing.The work includes reducing permeability and improving durability enhancing compressive and flexural strength, ensuring proper filling and sealing of cracks/voids, sealing of nipples after grouting with epoxy putty/silica gel and complete finishing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Performance Requirements:
(a) Permeability: Less than 15%
(b) Flexural strength: Minimum 5 N/mm²
(c) Compressive strength: Minimum 30 N/mm²

| 3 | Material and Labour Supply and application of a single-component, hydraulic binder-based passivating matrix (conforming to EN 1504-7:2006) to exposed, corroded steel reinforcement. The system shall include osmotic and complexing admixtures to form a continuous protective film with a minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of 300 microns having Compressive Strength: Min. 25 N/mm² at 28 days, Modulus of Rupture: Min. 6.5 N/mm² at 28 days including preparing the surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge.

| 4 | Material and Labour for Providing and applying 20 mm thick fibre-reinforced, polymer modified cementitious impermeable repair mortar on walls, roofs, projections, and RCC/masonry surfaces (internal or external), resistant to aggressive elements and suitable for reinforced/prestressed concrete.
The mortar shall be chloride-free, shrinkage-compensated, and crack-resistant, mixed with approved cement mortar modifier (as per BS 6319) as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Note:-
(i) The mortar shall have physical characteristics as under:-
(a) Fexural strength @ 7 days > 7N/mm2,
(b) Tensile strength @ 7days> 3 N/mm2,
(c) Compressive strength @ 35Mpa at 7 day and 45Mpa at 28 days,
(d) Adhesion bond strength > 2 N/mm2
(e) Creep Strain Reduction - 10%
(ii) This mortar can also be used on external or internal surface of RC component / any brick or stone wall surface etc.
(iii) Top surfaces of the plaster shall be finished even and smooth with using extra cement and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same.
(iv) The work will be executed in different buildings upto 4th Story and at scattered locations.
(v) The rate enclusive of cleaning and making good and disturbed surface.

| 5 | Material and Labour for applying hydraulic binders, osmotic and complexing admixtures, passivation additives passivating protective matrix and welded MS wire cloth with additives reduce or eliminate internal rust and corrosion by neutralizing acids and forming a chemical protective barrier to repel moisture from metal surfaces corrosion inhibiting additive, primer MUCIS for exposed corroded visible steel forming a continuous film not less than 250 micron of single component conforming to EN 1504-7-2006 and preparing the surface to receive the blend of epoxy and sand including providing necessary proportions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Note-
(i) This item shall be undertaken on observed reinforcement of RCC component facias/floor, any brick or stone inner or outer wall surface etc, weighing not less than 1 kg/sqm applying 20mm thick one component chloride free shear thinning fibre reinforced polymer modified, Impermeable to aggressive elements, dual shrinkage compensated, cementitious repair mortar, alkali resistant synthetic fibres for exceptional resistance cracking. Repair mortar in the ratio of 0.33:1:4 mixed with cement and fine aggregate(<4.5mm retained on IS Sieve) water based lignosulphonates concrete bonding agent water Less than 15% as compared to 50% max. allowable under IS:2645, having SG 1 to 1.2 gm/cc, chloride content : Nil as per IS 2645-2003 over and including hydrolysis resistant primer cement modifier, provides excellent bond to concrete, Improves tensile and flexural properties of mortar, to be applied on surface before application for mixture of cement and fine aggregate (<4.5mm retained on IS Sieve) , chemicals in ratio as per recommendation of manufacturer total chemical not less than 5% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(i) The work will be executed in different buildings and at scattered locations.
