Operation & Maintenance of 11KV/415V Sub-station equipments i/c HT Panel, Transformers, D.G. Sets (2x380 KVA & 2x500 KVA Cummins make), MV Panels & 02 nos. Submersible Pumps located at AAI Operational Offices by deploying following manpower on days as described below including tools & tackles and attending the break-down and preventive maintenance as per Conditions of Contract complete as required:- (Note:- (1) Contractor has to depute the required staff on days as mentioned below & (2) Contractor has to provide Reliever on Weekly Off / Holidays as mentioned below)

Electrician cum Operator - Skilled - 06 Nos. (i.e. 02 Nos. round the clock on all days in week & Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off).

Helper - Unskilled - 09 Nos. (i.e. 03 Nos. round the clock on all days in week & Reliever shall be provided on Weekly Off).

Electrician cum Operator - Skilled - 01 No. (in general shift on all working days except Sunday)

Helper - Unskilled- 02 Nos. (in general shift on all working days except Sunday)

Extra Manpower for misc. works in case of any emergency for following type of manpower as & when required basis :-

Testing of Dielectric strength (BDV) of Transformer oil on yearly basis for 02 nos. 2000 KVA transformers and submission of report from government approved laboratory, including collection of sample from site, transfer to lab complete as required.

Dehydration & Filtration of Transformer oil with High Vaccum Filtration Machine to achieve BDV up to the level of relavent IS Dielectric strength as required including submission of oil test reports from government approved laboratory after dehydration of oil as and when required.

Supply and Toping up the transformer oil in conservator tank upto a required level with new treated transformer oil (including replacement of oil seal) as and when required.

Preventive maintenance, servicing, testing & calibration of the below mentioned different rating LT Air Circut Breakers (L&T make and C&S make) on yearly basis complete as required through OEM/Authorised service dealer as per OEM recommended standards including submission of test/maintenance report.

For First Year - 800 A, ACB, 415 V

Lifting & lowering of submersible pump along with column pipe, detaching one length of column pipe from rest of column pipe by opening nut & bolts in this manner taking out entire pump system & lowering of entire pump system in reverse order of above process including chain block & supporting pipes including complete installation, transportation, testing & commissioning/de-commisioning etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of following pump motors etc. as & when required with super enemelled copper winding wire, varnishing including greasing replacement of bearings/Bush, thrust support plate, repairing /replace of shaft including transporatation charges completed as required. (Dismantle material belongs to the contractor)

Supply & replacement of following consumable as and when required:-

Single Phase Preventer (VSP-2, 415V).

Operation & Maintenance of Int. & Ext. Electrical Installations at AAI Operational Offices, Rangpuri, New Delhi. The person attending the complaints shall note down the complaint from complaint register for immediate follow up action by arranging the store & deputing the staff for maintenance with following minimum manpower on days as described below incluing tools & tackles and attending the break-down and preventive maintenance as per Conditions of Contract complete as required: (Note:- 1. Contractor has to depute the required staff on days as mentioned below & 2. Contractor has to provide Reliever on Weekly Off / Holidays as mentioned below)

Supervisor - Highly Skilled - 01 Nos. (in general shift on all working days except Sunday)

Electrician - Skilled - 02 No. (in general shift on all working days except Sunday).

Rewinding of following fans with super enemelled copper winding wire including varnishing, changing of bearing, bush, oiling & greasing, assembling testing, transportation charges etc. complete as & when required.

Ceiling Fan upto 1400mm as & when required

Pedestal Fan upto 450 mm as & when required

Wall Mounted Fan upto 450mm as & when required.

Exhaust fan upto 450 mm as & when required.

Supplying of following size of PVC casing and capping as per AAI approved make list as required:-

Supply of Flame Retardant PVC insulated single core copper conductor (flexible) cable suitable upto 1100V grade conforming to IS:694/1990 with latest amendments of AAI approved make of following size and coil length:-

1 x 1.5 sqmm (90 meter coil of each)

Supply of following battery in charged condition in Buy back of following capacity of AAI approved make:-

Lead Acid battery Maintenance Free with at least 02 years warranty, 12 V, 150 AH or equivalent suitable for 380 KVA DG sets.

Lead Acid battery Maintenance Free with at least 02 years warranty​, 12 V, 180 AH or equivalent suitable for 500 KVA DG sets.

Lead Acid Battery each having 2V, 100AH capacity suitable to form a battery bank for HT Auxillary circuit with at least 01 year warranty.

Operation & Maintenance of Fire Hydrant & Wet Riser system including main pumps, jockey pumps, diesel engine with pump and water supply pumps installed at AAI Operational Offices, New Delhi by deploying following manpower on days as described below incluing tools & tackles and attending the break-down and preventive maintenance as per Conditions of Contract complete as required:- (Note:- 1. Contractor has to depute the required staff on days as mentioned below & 2. Contractor has to provide Reliever on Weekly Off / Holidays as mentioned below)

Electrician Cum Operator - Skilled - 03 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. round the clock on all days in week & Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off).

Maintenance of 90 BHP Fire Engine of Kirloskar make from OEM or its Authorised Dealer by conducting periodical preventive maintenance checks, 02 Nos. 'B' checks (including supply and installation of B-check spares) per year at an interval not exceeing 06 months as well as inparting necessary guidelines for conducting routine maintenance in conformity to the recommended service manual/instruction of the OEM, comprising of regular visits (at least 01 per month) by an authorised factory trained Service Engineer & attending the breakdown calls etc. complete as & when required at site complete as required for following two years.

Operation & Maintenance of Apollo based Addressable Intelligent Fire Alarm & Detection System comprising of panel with upto date Softwares, Card, Detectors, Batteries, Conventional Fire Alarm Panel, Fire Exit Signage, complete circuit & loop wiring etc. i/c all other associated accessories/ spares for satisfactory operation & making system serviceable, periodically cleaning & testing of Panels, Detectors, Manual Call Points, Response Indicators, Hooter etc. in confirming to OEM specifications, attending the breakdown/faults, checking serviceability & preventive maintenance by providing following manpower in general shift for operation & maintenance of the system upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- 1. Contractor has to depute the required staff on days as mentioned below & 2. Contractor has to provide Reliever on Weekly Off / Holidays as mentioned below):- (a) Fire Technician/Electrician - Skilled - 03 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. round the clock on all days in week & Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off).
