ON EPC CONTRACT BASIS.

ON EPC CONTRACT BASIS.

Engineering, Procurement, and Construction with Development of E&M facilities of the project required as per scope of work i/c Architectural planning , designing of services alongwith all civil work as per stipulated specifications and tender document all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, which includes [ ON EPC CONTRACT BASIS.] : (a) SITC of Electric Sub-Stations,HVAC Plant Room, DG Yard, HSD Yard and its piping, Electrical HT / LT cabling from switchyard to substation blocks , and from sub-stations to individual buildings including HT ring main system (b) SITC of DG Sets complete with all accessories. (c) SITC of Transformers complete with all accessories. (d) SITC of Coolling Towers, Chillers complete with all accessories. (e) SITC of HT Panels, LT Panels, Capacitor Panels and Sandwich Bus Ducts complete in all respect, HT & LT Cabling work, HSD Storage Tank, Pumps & Pipeline network, SCADA & BMS complete in all respects as per scope of work and direction of Engineer- In-Charge."

The Following Development of whole premises, Infrastructure civil facilities of the project required as per scope of work i/c architectural planning , designing of services as per stipulated specifications and drawings attached complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, which includes: ON EPC CONTRACT BASIS.

LEVELLING, INTERNAL ROADS, PATHS & COVERED WALKWAY PARKING ETC. : (a) Levelling, (b) Internal road with WMM and Bituminous top/ CC Pavement as applicable , (c) Footpath with kerb stone, (d) Parking (d) Covered walkway etc. (e) Gates, Security Room etc as per scope of work, Tender Document all complete as per directions of Engineer- In-Charge

SEWERAGE SYSTEM ETC. : (a) Civil and E&M work of UGT, Pump House, STP, ETP alongwith all equipment and accessories etc. (b) Filter Water Supply, (c) Distribution lines of required diameter pipes , (d) Peripheral grid of required diameter pipes (e) Unfiltered water supply distribution lines, (f) Storm water drain, (g) Rain Water Harvesting (RWH), (i) Trenchs for services, (j) Underground Sump etc

HORTICULTURE WORKS : (a)Horticulture Operations including 30 cm earth filling,grassing, tree plantations / shrubs and potted plants etc. , (b) Vertical Plantations

EXTERNAL FIRE FIGHTING WORKS : External Fire fighting works for the entire campus including supply and installation of fire hydrant system complete in all respect.

STREET LIGHTING WITH LED, EMERGENCY LIGHT, SOLAR LIGHT & ILLUMINATED SIGNAGES ETC. : (a) Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of LED Street / Solar/ Compound /High mast / Pathway / Landscape Lighting for the entire Campus, (b) Illuminated signages etc
