Repair of burnt-out Y-phase aluminium busbar and supply, erecting and testing of 11kV grade copper flexible links of Unit-2 115MW Generator at VUGPH

The Bidder shall be a reputed Firm / Agency / Contractor with Class-1 or above electrical license having proven experience in the field of manufac-ture/repair/servicing of Generator/Transformer or any other electrical equipment involving bus duct works at any power utilities/reputed organizations. In proof, bidder shall upload the copy of relevant Electrical License and a copy of work order with corresponding work done certificate issued by competent authority of value not less than Rs. 5.28 Lakh carried out within last five financial years. Work done of previous years will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year. (For the period 2021-22(50%), 2022-23(40%), 2023-24(30%), 2024-25(20%), and 2025-26(10%)).

The Bidders in the last five financial years should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.10.56 Lakh. In proof, Annual Report / Turn-Over Certificates duly certified by chartered accountant shall be furnished. Financial turnover of previous year shall be given weight-age of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of financial year of tender invited. (For the period 2021-22(50%), 2022-23(40%), 2023-24(30%), 2024-25(20%), and 2025-26(10%)).
