REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF HT ELECTRICAL SERVICES, CONNECTED EQUIP/ PLANTS (TRANSFORMERS) WITH HT CABLES AND OH LINES OF VARIOUS LOCATION OF GUWAHATI UNDER GE GUWAHATI

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Only punned down sand shall be measured.

Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 1, with peak shape, dimension 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm and 65 mm peak thickness as per IS 5820: 1970 and MES marking on top of cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, PVC sheathed cables for working voltages 11 kV, three phase, earthed system, 3 core, screened, armoured power cable, 95 sqmm of nominal area of conductor, aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098 (Part-II): 2011 laid in trenches or under floors making all connections with necessary glands lugs bushing including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

"Taking out / down faulty unserviceable 11KV, HT UG cable from existing trenches/duct/on HT poles of any size including disconnecting, PCC covers, GI Pipe etc. of any descriptions, including segregation of serviceable materials viz PCC cable cover, GI Pipes etc. and tracing the location of fault and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed NOTE : (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items (ii) Serviceable cable covers will be kept aside for re-use."

Laying only unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 2, flat shape, dimension 450 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm as per IS 5820: 1970 complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 80 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 including taking down old complete all as specified and as directed.
