M&L for Eight Stage CLEANING, DESLUDGING , REPAIRING AND DISINFECTING ( REHABILITATING OF OPEN WELL) OF EXISTING OPEN WELL OF DEPTH 3O FEET. Eight stages are as under follows:- (a) Removal of Complete Debris inside the well and surroundings and diposited to a place of distance approx 2 Km complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. During cleaning appropriate safety measures has to be considered like inside well oxygen level, Lighting arrangements, scaffolding etc.For every feet cleaning, Removing Debris addition of bioenzyme, Disinfection to be used. (b) De-sludgingand de-watering the decomposed waste in the well complete by Vaccume suction using Jetting machine. Sending the debris and waste water to Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) for further processing. Vendor should have authorised MOU with GOVT FSTP (c) Repair damage to the inside of the well deepen, undertake localised repairs to the well lining, or add a lining depending on the need. (d) Complete disinfection of the well area using 200 ml / liter chlorine solution using mechanical spray/ long handled broom. Then Addition Bio-Enzyme For future BIO Remediation Of the organic material. (e) Disinfect the water in the well with a 50/100 mg/l chlorine dosage (depending contamination), and leave for a minimum of 30 min on the level of minutes and Dewater the well and allow it to fully recharge (f) After recharge check the chlorine residual in the water.Where necessary repeat the process of dewatering and recharging the well until, the chlorine level hasreduced to 0.5mg/l or below. (g) Covering the wells proper Geo Text Tile membrane 03mm thickness Tencate Patented membrane as approved by GE. (h) Applying of Biological weedicide around the well for good esthetical appearance and no further Bushy Development all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note: - Quoted Rates inclusive of all procedures mentioned above and deemed to be inclusive of the following :- (a) Installation of display board MS 306 Acrylic coated water resistant paint mentioning the details of well, Name of the agency, date of cleaning , expiry date, depth and dia of the well. (b) Agency should produce the Test Certificate of all the chemicals used for cleaning from Govt Approved laboratory. (c) After complete REHABILITATING OF OPEN WELL, water portability to be checked from any govt approved lab. (d) The work shall also include all needed equipment like well dewatering pump for sludge, Air compressor, Crane/winch/manual chain pulley, hoist, tripod, electric generator... etc. and also required safety equipment like (Gumboot, helmets, Safety belts, Safety goggles, torch light etc). (e) Manpower involved in well repair, cleaning and disinfection should be fully trained on the risk and good health and strictly adhere to safety practice. Necessary insurance for safety of working staff to execute the work is responsibility of the contractor. (f) The working area should be fenced, a kerb constructed (of there is no head well) and at least 2 m around the well should be kept clear of objects which could fall in. Lighting arrangements if required to be provided by the contractor, temporarily at his own arrangements and the amount quoted is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate. Electricity/diesel shall not be provided by the MES. (g) Open well to REHABILITE is not in use for long back. Contractor should visit the site to understand site condition as well as the condition of open well before coating the rates. No claim in this regard will be entertained during execution stage. (h) Vendor who execute the work should be authorised for any Govt department for this kind of work.

Dismantling of existing pump unit, motor, pipes and any other parts of open well of AGE E/M No 2 Sub Station and servicing the pump and make it functional and reinstall after cleaning of wells complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . The work shall also include all needed equipment (hoist, tripod, crane, electric generator... etc.) to complete the work as required. The cleaning of wells shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of the BOQ.

Taking down unservicable water softner and Supply , installation, commissioning and testing of water Softner of capacity 3000 LPH. The equipment shall be suitable to operate on a single phase 220v/50Hz power supply including necessary foundation and UPVC water supply pipe line of suitable size for water connection with accessoris and control valve, electrical works all as recommended by manufacterer and any other items required at site for smooth functioning of plant complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ix) 20" Jumbo housing and Jumb filter - 2 Nos. (x) High Pressure Pump - 4E-19- 1 No. (xi) Membrane 8" - 3 No.(xii) SS Skid - 40mm- 1 No. (xiii) Control Panel - 1*3 - 1 Set. (xiv) Flow meter - 4800LPH - 2Nos. (xv) Float - 2 Nos. (xvi) LPS - 1 No. (xvii) Pressure Gauge SS- 21/1”- 2 Nos. Taking down unserviceable shed and M&L for water softner plant Room of size 3 mtr x 3 mtr x 2 mtr ht incl necessary excavation in hard/ dense soil and all as specified below:- (i) Wall with Precast panels of size 6ft x 1 ft x 40mm made out of M-30 concrete reiforced with 3 nos, 3mm bars and cured for 20 days, jointed neatly with 43 grade cement; fixed on Pre-cast poles of size 150mm x 150mm x 8 ft made out of M-30 concrete reiforced with 5 nos, 3mm bars and cured for 20 days, erected vertically and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate. (ii) Floor with 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates over and above 100mm thick hardcore using 20 mm graded stone aggregates well watered and rammed, finished smooth. (iii) Roof with pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.5 mm thick. Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches,pillars, ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar in 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed in walls or stone on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc built in cement or cement lime mortar including washing the joints and keeping the surface to be pointed wet for 2 days prior to re-pointing; including removal of vegetation if any all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of squared rubble masonry, regular coursed with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20mm for any type stone all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing lime concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L Hardcore of broken stone, gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) finishing the surfaces even complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cu.m getting out in any type of rocks, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including dismantling of old framework complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed works in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling of old fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair chain link MS galvanised fencing wire any size including line wires of weight not less than 3.08kg/sqm, to any type of standards rails, straining bolts etc., including provision of binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, over a coat of primer incl preperation of new surfaces all as specified

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base or sub floors finishing the surfaces even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine vibrated precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape, any size, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thick and M-40 grade laid over sand cushion with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand cushning shall be measured and paid separately .

M&L Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in road kerbs incl one edge chamfared complete all as directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal sludge and complete cleaning of all sludge tank pertaining to 80 KLD STP functioning at FAE of MCEME and sending sludge to Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor should visit the site to understand site condition as well as the condition of FAE STP before coating the rates. No claim in this regard will be entertained during execution stage.

Material and labour for Painting, water proofing, safety Earthing: - Make : Asian/Berger/Tractor or equilvent as approved by GE of 1*1 Sqft Area. (1) Paint system consists of a primary coat, an intermediate coat and a top coat of a colour or finishing. (2) Epoxy coatings are typically comprised of an epoxy base and a curing agent. (3). Polyurethane coatings are widely used —often as a topcoat— in applications where durability and abrasion resistance are key considerations. (4) Earthing Charcoal & Salt are used in Conventional Pipe & Plate Earthing. The layer of charcoal and salt up to 8 feet from the ground helps to maintain low resistance for earth fault currents. Earthing Point as per Indian Standred by using 600mmx600mm x6.0mm thickness GI earth plate maximum of 5 ohms resistance. Note: Contractor should visit the site to understand site condition as well as the condition of FAE STP before coating the rates. No claim in this regard will be entertained during execution stage.

M&L for emptying cleaning of sand media filter including welding work etc. Replacing of Activated Carbon Filter media (ACF) - 750 KG, Grade IV-900- Sand of 1200 KG, size of layer resing - 400 Kg as complete all as specified and directed. Makes: Granular/Norit/Equel, Including Bacteria of 2000 Ltrs Make : - DRDO Anaerobic Bacteria/Inoculum. Note: Cert of DRDO authorised dealear to be enclosed. ACF Media combination quality & quantity shall be as directed & recommended by OEM only. (1) The manufacturer shall comply and guarantee the authenticity of the product by providing Test Certificate with Hologram which will be provided by the Authorised Distributor at the distribution point for each Batch of Product delivered on their letter head. (2) The manufacturer will affix its hologram on each and every drum/container/bag. If the said product is delivered without the said hologram and/or it is seen to be tampered, then the product can be discarded as spurious. (3) Replacing of existing Dosing pump with latest Dosing pumps of UC-11 model, Max 4.0 LPH @ 5.5 bar Antisyphon valve, foot valve, 3m LDPE tubing. Make: - Focus /E Dose/UKL/Milton Roy Note : Contractor should visit the site to understand site condition as well as the condition of FAE STP before coating the rates. After execution of the above said maint work :- (1) Tech team will visit every month for one year to inspect and will do the service if any required. (2) Every month collecting of water sample from the location and testing of inlet and out let sewage sample from a NABL approved lab. (3) Service visist as and when required if there is an issues, (with in 24 Hours). (4). Replacement of Oil and Grease (5). Backwash and rinse for filters (6). Minor Spares upto 15000 is included. Excluding winding of motors. (7). Training for Sewgage Treatment Plant operators of 8 Hours for 10 days on the site to make the operators fully skilled to operate or control the entire process or system mechines, control boards, to transfer or treated water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
