Comprehensive repair/ service/ maintenance of electrically operated over head travelling (EOT)/HOT Cranes of following capacities comprising of hoist motor, long travel motor, cross travel motor, micro hoist, gear boxes, electrical control panel, rope and other connected accessories installed at various hangers at any height at INS Shikra and Boat Pool to keep the cranes operational round the clock etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Note:- (i) The repair/ servicing/ maintenance works for the EOT/HOT/Capstan/Winch including Hoist hook universal type shall be carried out by the trained/ skilled technicians and shall confirming to the standard engineering practice/ code and as per the standard code / norms of Government and rate shall be inclusive of minor repairs. (ii) The crane shall be inspected and serviced at the rate of minimum of one service per month. (iii) Attending any breakdown within 24 hrs and restoring the service. (iv) Insurance coverage of all tech, workers involved in the works. (v) Record/ maintaining register of all maintenance carried out as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. (vi) Adherence to safety rules and regulation in respect of EOT cranes. (vii) Adherence to security rules and regulations to the INS Shikra and Boat Pool. (viii) All tools, instruments and plants required for carrying out the works shall be provided by the contractor.

Providing material and labour for load testing of over head travelling crane of capacity 1 Ton HOT crane as per manufacturer's norm for safe working rating load including arrangement of dead load measurement unit with link steel wire rope and required suitable load for testing with duly varying the load upto 110% of the rated capacity load of crane including transporting to testing load at different location and also providing load test certificate in triplicate set from authorised crane inspector duly signed by inspector authority of crane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling hydraulic Gear oil 90W/40 suitable for EOT cranes.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of EOT/HOT cranes consisting of girders and end carriages, trolleys and hoist with motors, gear box or wheels, electric panel boards and resistance box , rope pulley, CT rails, platform, sheave block with hook etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint for 1 Ton 5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing 12 mm thick structure 6/19 inner fibre strands complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 19 mm thick structure 6/19 inner fibre strands complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling, removing, taking down the gear box assembly of main hoist of cranes of capacity 1 to 5 tons and overhauling the gear box including replacement of worm gear wheel unit complete with new, matching with existing, replacement of defective bearings, oil seal, gear couplings etc and reassembling the gear box, including fixing back to the system alignment with complete testing and commissioning of EOT/HOT crane all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Crane LT bearing No 6307zz including removing of existing old unserviceable bearing of any type or make as under and testing all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable main VFD drive of 20 Ton crane from control panel and supply and fixing new VFD main drive power module suitable for existing capacity of motor load complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable cross travel drive of 20 Ton crane from control panel and supply and fixing new cross travel drive suitable for existing capacity of motor load complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material & labour for taking down the following capacity of defective slip ring/ squirrel cage 02 HP motor of 3 phase 415 volt and rewinding with the same gauge super enamelled copper winding wire reinsulating, varnishing, servicing, reassembling and re-installing to its original position including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable ACB any type and Supply, installation testing and commissioning new LT ACB of 800 Amps four pole manual draw out , 415 Volts, 50 Hz suitable for existing location alongwith replacement of burnt aluminium bus bar with connected nut bolts and lugs with new aluminium bus bar /nut bolts/lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable ACB any type and Supply, installation testing and commissioning new LT ACB of 630 Amps four pole manual draw out 415 Volts, 50 Hz suitable for existing location alongwith replacement of burnt aluminium bus bar with connected nut bolts and lugs with new aluminium bus bar /nut bolts/lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for Chequered plate thickness as per site requirement including cutting to required shape and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old plates complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour for Angle Iron of any size as per site requirement and square bar and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking dwon old complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
