GE/CHM-64/2026-2027 REPAIR OF GEYSERS,SOLAR WATER HEATERS ETC IN MD/ OTM ACCN AT CHANDIMANDIR MIL STN

Taking down geysers of any type and any capacity due to rusting of bolts/seepage of wall and re-installation at any location including S&F in repair of heavy duty pin type fastener 4 inch Job long and making necessary inlet/outlet electric & water supply connections from existing source to geyser complete all as specified and as directed

Inspection,checking adjustments and minor repairs of storage water heater 25/35/50 ltr capacity of any type any make vertical/ horizontal type which includes the following :- (a) Inspection, taking out of drain plug & dewatering and refixing the same complete all as directed . (b) Checking water tightness of storage tank . (c) Checking stop cocks with outlet/inlet pipe of geysers, pressure reducing valves etc to ensure free movement of water and easy functioning of parts. (d) Inspecting over flow vent pipe connections to ensure water-tightness and proper flow. (e) Checking and correct earth continuity of electrical items. (f) Checking functioning of heating element and correct setting adjustment of thermostat upto 55º C. (g) Adjustment of reducing valves, checking of dead weight type high pressure release valve and visual check of fusible plug for its intactness. (h) The cost of spare parts required for repair & mainenance of geysers covered under this item shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant item. (j) Make of geysers covered under the scope of work :- Sidhson, bajaj, recold, crompton, orison, ditz premier, peeco, empire, shakti, sahas, konark Note : Irrespective of the Number of complaints, work against this item of BOQ shall be completed with in 24 hours after handing over the Complaint slip failing which recovery @ Rs 200/-/per geyser per day delay shall be effected from the contractors payment.

Supply only heating element, Round type / tikona type / banana type, 1.5 KW 230 volts, ISI marked suitable for 25/35/50 ltrs geysers of any make complete all as specified and as directed. Make : USHA / Bajaj / Recold/Theta.

Supply only heating element, Round type / tikona type / banana type, 2 KW 230 volts, ISI marked suitable for 25/35/50 ltrs geysers of any make complete all as specified and as directed. Make : USHA / Bajaj / Recold/Theta.

Supply only thermostat switch for geysers of 25/50 ltrs capacity (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed. Make : USHA / Bajaj /Theta / Elcon.

Supply and fixing glass wool for geysers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only base assembly, compatible to existing geyser, with inlet and thermostat pipe with drain plug inclusive of clamps for holding the element with nuts, bolts and gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only indicator lamp for geyser of any type colour green & red complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Usha / Bajaj/ Crompton

Supply only stainless-steel inner tank of minimum 22 gauge sheet rated pressure not less than 7kg/sqcm suitable for 25/35 ltrs capacity geysers (wt not less than 3.75 kg) as per sample complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of stainless-steel inner tank of minimum 22 gauge sheet rated pressure not less than 7 Kg/sqcm suitable for 50 ltrs capacity geysers (wt not less than 5.25 kg) as per sample complete all as specified and as directed.
