Labour charges for day to day operation of 3 nos. 250Kw capacity pumping machineries (max. two will be operated at a time and one will be stand by), operation of 3nos vacuum pumps and two nos dewatering pumps and other electrical/mechanical accessories including sweeping cleaning of pump house, toilets etc. by engaging skilled, semiskilled and un- skilled personnel in all 3 shifts as per direction of EIC. from ( 01-09-2026 to 31-07-2027 )

Routine and periodical maintenance of pumps, motors, AT-Starters, valves with actuators control desk, vacuum pumps, dewatering pumps, LT distribution panel boards, cables, tightening nut bolt of sluice valve, dismantling joints etc including replacement of control fuses, gland packing of pumps, approved quality lubricants for motor bearings, pump bearings etc. as per direction of EIC for a period of 12 months.from ( 01-09-2026 to 31-08-2027 )

Labour charges for day to day round the clock operation of 33/6.6/0.433 KV sub station with outdoor type 25KA, 1250A, SF6 breaker, 7.5 MVA 33/6.6 KV 2 Nos outdoor typr transformer, 800 KVA 6.6/0.433 KV 3 Nos indoor type transformer, 1000 KVA 6.6/0.433 1 No. outdoor dry type transformer HV and LV panel boards, control panel board, on load tap changers including capacitor banks, 110 volt DC trip circuit with maintenance free batteries, battery charger, indoor type 800A, 25KA VCBs, 2000amp ACBs and other allied accessories including sweeping cleaning of sub-station’s switch yard, control room, office room, toilets etc. by engaging electrical supervisor, electrician etc. as per direction of EIC from ( 01-09-2026 to 31-07-2027 )

Routine and periodical maintenance of LT & HT panel board, cables, capacitors, transformers, battery with battery charger, CTs & PTs, earthing system, all breakers, on load tap changer, tightening nuts & bolts of bus bar, replacement of control Fuses, cleaning of Isolators etc. as per direction of EIC for a period of 12 months.

Servicing testing and calibration of the following IDMT, instantaneous and differential relays by any testing agency approved by WBSEDCL or Directt. of Electricity Board once in a year or as directed by EIC. [A] Non directional IDMT O/C and E/F with high set relays. B] M-pact SCB’s release C] Trans. Differential relays D] All the auxiliaries relays E] Bucholtz relay with alarm and trip F] Shunt trip circuit G] Alarm, trip and enunciator circuit H] Calibration of all meters Test results to be submitted.

Servicing and testing of all outdoor and indoor type SF6, VCBs and ACBs including Raw Water VCB, HV and LV panel boards, checking complete wiring of CTS, PTS with insulations, checking instrumentation panels, checking cleaning of bus bars (both HT&LT), LT feeders and the contacts by any testing agency approved by the WBSEDCL or Directorate of Electricity Board once in a year or as directed by EIC.

Routine and periodical maintenance of LT panel board, cables, star delta starter, CTs, PTs, earthing system, all ACBs including tightening nuts & bolts of bus bar, cleaning of all contactor, replacement of indicating lamp and fuses etc as per direction of the EIC of filter house from ( 01-09-2026 to 31-07-2027 )

Servicing and testing of all ACBs including LT panel board, checking of complete wiring of CTs and PTs with insulation of bus bar, regressing the contacts and one time calibration of the following relays and meters within ten days of contracts as directed by the EIC [for blower & compressor] of filter house a) All O/c, U/V, S/C relays b) Calibration of all meters c) ACBs shunt trip circuit
