Hiring of goods vehicle Tata Ace/ equivalent for carrying of 25 KVA Diesel Generator set from one firefighting station to another on 24 hours basis including driver and fuel for the vehicle from 25-12-2022 to 31-12-2022

Loading of the 25 KVA DG set by arranging necessary tools and tackles in vehicle and unloading the same after 31-12-2022 as per direction.

Running and maintenance of engine driven generator set by supply of fuel, lubricant and skilled operating personnel during running period as necessary as per direction of EIC for commissioning of the firefighting Jockey pump system from 25-12-2022 to 31-12-2022= 7 days x 20 KW x 9 Hrs

Carrying the 83 BHP firefighting engine with pumps from store to working station including dismantling of wheels from the trolley and installation the same by anti vibration pads on the existing trolley including fitting fixing all suction and delivery pipe line by pass line, valve etc as per existing drawing including supply of bolts, washer and gasket with proper pipe support etc complete as per direction of EIC

Carrying of Jockey pump motor set with all its accessories from store to working station including installation the same by anti vibration pads on the existing base at working station including fitting fixing of all suction and delivery pipe line by pass line, valve, pressure switches, pressure gauges etc including supply of bolts, washer and gasket with proper pipe support etc and testing complete as per direction of EIC and up to the entire satisfaction of EIC

Providing one operator and one labour on 24hrs basis at site for valve operations of main pump and jockey pump as per instruction for the period from 02.01. 2023 to 16.01.2023. This includes the cost of tools and plants on hire basis

Providing, one supervisor, two technicians and two labour on 24hrs basis at site for attending main operational defects etc if any in jockey pump to maintain predefined continuous line presure as per instruction for the period from 02.01. 2023 to 16.01.2023. This includes the cost of tools and plants on hire basis

Running and maintenance of 83 BHP [66.4Kw] diesel engine driven pump set with supply of fuel &lubricants etc. with effect from 02.01.2023 to 16.01.2023 = 15 days x 66.4 Kw x 2 Hr. x 14 stations

Carrying of the float valve assembly with all its accessories from store to work site and fitting fixing of the float valve at water inlet of firefighting tank complete with supply of nuts, bolts & washers, gaskets all complete with testing at each fire tank station as per direction and up to the entire satisfaction of the EIC.

Painting the suction delivery, by pass line including valves, chassis by approved brand and make paint with a coat of primer as direction. (Shade and brand will be approved by the EIC) for main pump

Supply and delivery of bleaching power with 33% free chlorine in 25 Kg poly bag for disinfection [Make:DCM/Kanoria]

Drawing of halogen light point on salbollah post from generating station on hire basis at fire fighting spot at different places at main mela ground with the supply of 1000 watt halogen lamp and fixture including 7/20 PVC flexible wire for wiring and all other required materials complete (damage materials will have to be replaced by the agency at their own cost) with effect from 02.01.2023 to 16.01.2023 = 15 days x 14 stations x 2 Nos= 420 pts [2nos halogen in each station]

Carrying back the main pump and engine with all its accessories after dismantling the installation including loading unloading complete and hand over the same at departmental store and covering with polythene paper properly
