Supply, errection, testing and commissioning of 16 Mtr high mast, suitable for 180 Km/hr wind speed continuously tapered, polygonal cross section, not less than 20 sided manufactured from MS plates, hot dip galvanized complete with all its accessories and suitable for mounting max 08 Nos of 150 to 180 watt LED luminaires consisting of head frame, pully assembly, motorized movable lantern carriage, double drum winch, 3/4 point suspension system with SS wire rope 6mm dia 7/19 gauge, trailing cable - 5 core x 4 sqmm, with integral power tool and control panel housing with suitable control gears and circuit for the operation of high mast complete all as specified & with following specification :- Design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with M-25 concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 Ton per square meter at 2m depth, design factor for safety 1.2, considering wind speed (Km/hr) is 180 (IS 875, 1987) and depth of foundation as per manufacturer instruction/design and minimum 12 Nos of foundation bolts (dia minimum 25mm) (b) Aviation obstruction lights with one numbers of LED lights fittings complete. (c) Supply and erection of hot dip galvanised lightning arrestor with 25 x 3 mm hot dip galvanised strip down conductor upto ground level. (d) LED flood light 150 watt s -08 nos .

Item No. 02 Conte....... (e) Supply, installation, testing and connecting to electical system distribution board (outdoor type - 01 No) suitbale size, factory made, double door, cubical and pedestal tyupe, compartmentalised design, back door hinged type & openable, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet, weather/ dust/ vvermin proof, IP 65 protection, suitable spaced totally enclosed in chamber, earthing arrangement, locking arrangement with one number lock with duplicate key duly painted with power coated paint and providing the following items including connection of all incoming and outgoing cables using suitable size lugs and glands, danger notice board, with supporting legs of angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6mm of length 100 cm long duly grouted in PCC (1:3:6), 50cm below ground level and 50cm above ground complete all as speccified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including comprising of following items :- (i)MCCB 63 Amp, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 35 KA breaking capacity - 01 No (ii) Power contactor 3 pole, AC, 70 Amps, 50 Hz, ML type. (Make : L&T Cat Pat No SS90910 Model : ML-4 or equv) - 01 No. (iii) Timer switch, light sensing type, - 01 No. (iv) MCB 3 pole 20 Amps, AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz - 01 No. Note :1) Excavation, PCC, nuts, bolts etc retun filing, removal all shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates as per specifications/ foundation drawing of manufacturer. 2) Design and drawings of the foundation shall be prepared as recommended by the OEM and be got approved from AGE(I) before commencement the work and the rate quoted is deemed to include for the same.Amount of foundation to be included in the quoted unit rate, No extra payment will be paid to contractor in this regard.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode, 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below nominal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than not less than 1.5 metres below nominal ground level connected to earthing lead of 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in plate No. 3 of SSR PART 1 of 2009 to the earthing test point all as specified and as directed. Note :- the cost of excavation and earth work PCC pit and RCC cover funnel & watering pipe, wiremesh, charcoal dust and common salt earth lead protection pipe upto 7.5 Rmt shall be deemed included in the unit rate for earthing all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of LED street light fittings with in-built electronic driver, 45 Watts or nearest higher wattage, IP 66 class of protection with pressure die-cast aluminium body including all accessories and dismantling of old unserviceable fitting complete all as specified and as directed. Make CGmodel no CRP 409 OR equivalent as mentioned in list of make as approved by AGE(I)

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in Soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables/pole and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Octagonal Pole for Street Light Fitting, Height of Pole 7 Mtr, material of pole BSEV 10025 and Hot Dip Galvanized and thickness of galvanized is 65 mocrons, Thickness of sheet 3 mm, and base plate 260X 260 & 16mm thickness, Bottom dia of pole 135 mm, Top dia pole 70 mm and Including suitable 4 nos of J bolt & nuts M24 and 750mm length for fixing in Solar street light pole all and including 1 no of 6 Amp double pole MCB as incomer with Neutral link , 4 way connector to be provided in pole for UG cable termination all as specified and directed. Make:- Chennai pole OR equivalent as mentioned in list of make as approved by AGE(I)

Supply and fix bracket for LED street light fittings of Single Arm Bracket of 32mm dia with1Mtr long including clamp, bolts etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in GI conduit, pole etc from junction box to street light fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade with necessary fittings in floor /piller/fixed on pole of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified

M&L for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 20 cm in width not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing of LT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e bitumen/PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for writing pole No. with letters of size 50 mm height on pole/ plate with Black synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing High density poythelyne (HDPE) pipes PN 10 of pressure rating 6kgf/ sq/ m of size 50 mm for cable protection laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed
