Vertical clear bores in hard rock in anywhere in Namakkal district to any required depth as directed by the officers concerned including labour charges for inserting MS / PVC casing pipes to any required depth, assembling in the drilled hole including welding jointing if necessary, grouting the casing pipes including conducting proper yield test at final depth (by providing 90 0 V notch fitted in a formed channel and the correct yield at the time of free flow in the channel and the correct yield at the time of completion of drilling process should be ascertained of and reported ) and providing cap including transportion, crew and fuel charges for rigs and supporting vehicles from one place to another etc., complete and as directed by officers concerned . a)Upto Overburden soil

Supply and fixing of 180 mm dia. PVC casing pipe including loading unloading transporting and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and delivery of 7.5 HP 3 phase submercible motor suitable for 150 mm dia. Borewell with 50 lpm X 275 M head including cost and conveyance to site loading unloading and transporting and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply and delivery of Star Delta panel board suitable for 7.5 HP submercible motor including cost and conveyance to site etc.,

Supply and delivery of 4 sq.mm 3 core flat type submercible copper cable as per Standard specification including cost and conveyance to site etc., complete.

Supply and delivery of 50mm dia GI pipe including cost and conveyance to site loading and unloading etc., complete.

Supply and delivery of 2000 Litre capacity HDPE Tank including cost and conveyance to site loading and unloading etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of MS box for fixing the meter,panel board and main switch to a size of 75X35X60cm over the ex.masonry work with locking arrangements including cost and conveyance to site and all labour charges etc.

Supply and run of 4 of 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade on 7 / 20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains (SD67)

Supply and run of 4 of 4 sq.mm. (56/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') bent at both ends with necessary angle iron up right and end supports for mains (SD72)

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A three phase service connection with 3 Nos. 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 600mm x 450mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit 58 (SD 127)

Supply and fixing of 16A aerial fuse unit (500A) on suitable 100 x 100mm TW concealed box with hylem sheet on the tapping pole with necessary clampsSD128

Supply and fixing of 16A DP switch of 500V with matal clad with fuse and neutral (side handle) on suitable TW board with earth connection only.(SD142)

Labour charges for errection of Submercible pumpset in borewell including fixing and jointing submercible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of raiser pipes to the required depth, valves, erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter , voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Earth Work excavated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard stiff clay black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders for foundation SS20B

C.C.1:4:8 mix using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance to site laying finishing curing etccomplete

Brick work in C.M.1:5,mix using best country bricks including cost and conveyance to site finishing,curing etc., complete.

Plastering with C.M 1:5,12 mm thick including cost and conveyance to site finishing curing etc., complete.

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over ane coat of priming coat over cement plastered exposed surface of the Reservoir including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete and as directed by Department Officers

Supply and delivery of 63 mm dia.6 Kgf/cm2 PVC pipe including transporting loaing and unloading etc., complete.

Labour charges for laying and jointing the PVC and GI Pipes with specials true to the proper grade and alignment and testing the same with water etc., complete. PVC & GI Pipe line

Refilling the excavated earth after laying the pipes in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated etc., complete.
