PART-A (CIVIL WORKS) 40mm thick grading Concrete (1:2:4) over roof slab using 12mm & down graded size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality and from approved quarry, including finished smooth with proper slope after chipping, chiselling and cleaning the roof slab including hoisting, watering, curing, basic cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (½") thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick masonry finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering and curing etc. with basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Vitrified tile in floor of size 600x600mm plain / ivory of approved make conforming to IS 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including basic cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing of vitrified tile of size 600x600mm in dado & skirting on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments using white cement in grating to match the shade of the tile etc. including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and labour, T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing chequor tile in floor treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments using white cement in grating to match the shade of the tile etc. including basic cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and labour, T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing fitting and fixing M.S. angle iron choukaths for doors & windows of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm including cutting grooves, in brick or RCC structure and making good to the damages with C.C. (1:2:4) including one coat priming, welding, cutting, basic cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete

Finishing wall with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade two coats to surface of walls including basic cost of paint, conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P. required for the work etc. including labour cess but excluding GST complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats with enamel paints of approved shade in all floors to wood and iron works including sand papering, polishing the surface, basic cost, conveyance, of all materials, all labour and T&P. required for the work including labour cess but excluding GST including the cost of paint and primer as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge
