S & F Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earthpit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less thanb 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32X6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Earth strip should be proiperly weld on the pole in cluding testing on completion and all as diredted by EIC. Exposed earth strip should be painted with green colour.

M & L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as require 32 X 6mm galvanised iron strip.

Supply & Laid dry old size brick work with sub-class B-Bricks straights or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius.

Excavation in trenches in soft /loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtrs wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr. Depth; for under grond cable and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope as per standard mentioned in MES SSR Part-II for HT & LT cable.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete as specified & directed. Deduction may be done in case of non execution.

Supply , spreading & levelling of Ganga sand in trenches for cushioning of cable in layers not exc. 25cm thick as per standard mentioned in MES SSR Part-II for laying of cable.
