NOTE : Materials viz Bamboos, Coconut String, Munj or other Equipments as required for construction of Temporary Structure on Outside of Sump will be arranged by the Contractor at his Own Arrangement & Cost and the same will be include in the Quoted Unit Rate. No Extra Amount shall be Paid separately on this account.

M&L Dewatering Water from Pressed Steel Storage Water Tank 10000 GALLON capacity, having 20.00 METRE High Steel Stagging, Cleaning and Removing all Mosses, Algae, Dirts, etc. from the Walls and Floor of Water Tank, Removal of Dirty Water with Sludges and disposed off from the Site as diredted, Rubbing Walls, Floor, Ceilling surfaces with Gunny Bag after sprinkling of Bleaching Powder Solution and Wash thoroughly with Fresh Water including Cleaning of Outlet Pipes, Stop Valves, Gate Valves by Taking out Pipe Lines with Stop Valves, Gate Valves, etc. and all Accessories, Re-fixing the same after Cleaning including Float Valve with Float Arm to Original Position, Writing Letters "TANK CLEANED ON : DD.MM.YYYY" (i.e. Date of Cleaning), exc. 100mm but not exc. 200mm in height and 15mm in wide with White Paint on Black Back ground on the Front/ Road Side/Face of the Tank, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Materials viz Bamboos, Coconut String, Munj or other Equipments as required for construction of Temporary Structure on Outside of Steel Storage Water Tank will be arranged by the Contractor at his Own Arrange-ment & Cost and the same will be include in the Quoted Unit Rate. No Extra Amount shall be Paid separately on this account.

REPAIRS/MAINT TO PUMPS & MOTORS

M&L Lifting of Submersible Pump & Motor Assembly 12.5 HP capacity alongwith complete Column Pipes, Submersible Cable, Safety Rope, etc. from the existing Borewell by employing Chain Pulley Block, etc., Dismantling Column Pipes by Opening Nuts, Bolts, Pump & Motor, etc, Segregating & Stacking of Serviceable Column Pipes & Other Materials and Keep in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Removing Submersible Pump & Motor Assembly 12.5 HP capacity to AGE E/M Store Yard at LIKABALI, Opening/Dismantling & Checking in presence of a Board of Officers to ascertain the quantum of Defects and Repair Works involves, Cleaning of Cover and Parts as required, Transporting defective Submersible Pump & Motor Assembly to nearest Workshop for Repairs, Repairing & Replacing of Unserviceable Parts, Reassembling Submersible Pump Motor Assembly after repaired, Transporting repaired Submersible Pump Motor Assembly back to Work Site, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) Spare Parts required to be replace will be Measured and Paid as "Supply only" under relevant Items. Cost of Labour Element involved for replacement of Parts will deem to include in the Quoted Unit Rate. (b) Any Minor repairs involved to make the Submersible Pump & Motor Assembly Functional, even if not notified by the Board of Officers, the same will be carry out by the Contractor without any Extra Cost to the Department. (c) The Cost of Minor Spares Parts/Items viz Nuts, Bolts, Washers, Gasket, etc. will deem to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate. (d) Rewinding of Submersible Motor, wherever invloves will be Measured and Paid separately under relevant Item.

M&L Dismantling Submersible Pump & Motor 12.5 HP capacity, Taking out burnt Windings, Cleaning of Slots of the Motor and Rewinding the same with Super Enamalled Copper insulated Wire of suitable Gauge and Weight as per existing including necessary Insulation Materials, Varnishing, Heating, Reassembling the Same and Testing for Smooth Functioning after Rewinding, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Gun Metal Bush (Upper Part No. 1175, Lower Part No. 1176) (as per existing/ as approved) suitable for Submersible Motor 12.5 HP capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Lowering down Submersible Pump & Motor Assembly 12.5 HP capacity (after Repaired & Testing of Functionability) alongwith Column Pipes of any Size and Length, Submersible Cable, Steel Wire Rope, etc. with the help of Chain Pulley Block and Tool & Plants, Testing on Completion, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Serviceable Column Pipes and Other Materials, etc. (obtained from Item No. 30 here-in-before) shall be reused. Unserviceable Column Pipes & Sumbersible Cable shall be replaced with New Pipes & Cable respectively and the same will be Measured and Paid separately under appropriate Items as 'Supply only'.

M&L Taking out existing Monoblock Pump Set 10 HP capacity for Minor Repairs, Replacement of rusted Bolts, Nut, Washers with New One of existing Size, Greasing Pump Set for Smooth Functioning and Reinstalled the Pump in the same Position after repaired, complete all as specified and as directed.
