Providing 12 mm thick Internal plastering in cement mortar 1:4 without cement punning (using crushed sand) finished smooth, including sieving of sand to required fineness, preparation of thesurface, scaffolding, curing all as per specifications, drawings and as directed at site complete.

Providing & fixing in position HEAVY DENSITY 'THERMOCOLE' IN MACHINE FOUNDATIONS including cutting to required size, wrapped in 200 micron thick polythelene sheets sticking with bitumen & sealing the top with approved bitumastic compound etc.complete. 50 mm thick.( 18 Kg/m3 )

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications. up to Plinth Level

Providing Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules,cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete including cost of binding wire as per specifications and drawings. Providing and painting two (or) more coats with Epoxy paint at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer, preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing with sand paper to remove dust, dirt etc, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper,by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, making free of rust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joints, cracks if any etc. complete.all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to acheive 200 micron film thickness (50 micron primer coat + 150 micron finishing coat).

S top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters Rolling shutters gear operated type with handles including top hood 0.90 mm thick

Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing and fixing motorized arrangements( with remote & manual operation) including designing, control panels, limit switches,required wiring and cables from panel to motor and required size of shaft etc of approved make all as per standard specifications including commisioning and testing complete as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.(only power supply point will be provided) For rolling shutters up to 15.00 sq.m opening area.

Providing, supplying and fixing hollow metal flush steel doors 40 mm thick of approved make consisting of door frame and shutters and all hardware fittings, frame made out of 14g thick G.I sheets and shutters made of 16g thick sheets, hollow portion filled with puff, including necessary stiffners in shutters and frame, vision panel of specified size with 4 mm glass and clip on pressed steel frame for vision panels, fixing 4 nos heavy duty stainless steel 304 grade ball bearing hinges, mortise / dead lock of approved make, a pair of 200 mm long stainless steel handles, 250 mm long stailless steel tower bolt, etc. frame hollow portion filled with PCC 1:2:4, necessary hold fast embedded in concrete, fixing in concrete with anchor fastners. finished with Polyurethane painting of approved colour complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Chemical based water proofing of modified acrylicemulsion Polymer and Elasomeric waterproofing coating of "M/s. INDOFIL"- MC-76 or approved equivalent product over terrace slab/ parapet/ side walls etc. at all elevations including polycon based fibrous net complete including cleaning and preparation of surface and testing by ponding water complete with following operations 1. Removing of all loose materials by wiremesh and clean entire terrrace with clean water by using water jet wherever required. 2.Open all visible crack by plaster cutting machine in "V" shape 3. Dilute Indifil binder with water in the Ratio of 1:4 and pour on the bare slab to be treated 4. Apply Indfofil binder and cement in the ratio of 1:1 and water to obtain paste like consistancy and fill the cracks. 5.Apply Indofil bond coat of INDOFIL binder and cement in the ratio of 1:1 to entire terrace. 6. First coat of INDOFIL binder & cement at the rate of 1.48sq.m per litre of Indofil 7.Lay polycon based firous net (polester geotextile of minimum 80 GSM) for entire area immediately before drying of first coat to get proper bonding 8. Apply one miore coat of INDOFIL binder & cement above fibre net 9. Apply 2 coats of INDOFIL- FlexCote -WP @ 2.40 Sq.M per litre with dilution 10% weight of potable water. 10.Test the surface for water tightness Note: 1. The entire work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Appendix "D" for the entire water proofing treatment in bone dry condition for 5 years, backed by manufacturer. During the guarantee period contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc., if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages/defects.

Lead charges for lead Exceeding 2 KM but not exceeding 3 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc. Debris Beyond 2 Km but up to and including 3 km Note: The rates in respect of the above Item is applicable for NET Quantities arrived at after making deduction for voids @ 30% from corresponding TRUCK Measurement.

Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & leveling, checking of formwork fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works, and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, compiling, binding and preparation of tender documents & Agreements overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1)Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Degree holder with 1 (one ) year experience/Diploma holder with 3 year experience /Licentiate in Civil/Construction Engineering / Technology conducted by Board of Technical Examinations / University/ Autonomous Govt / Govt recognized recognized Polytechnic/ Institute. (2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Engineer for each job for minimum 26 working days per month for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account.(3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out 1 (one)/2 (two) Jobs per month as per requirement at site for the period mentioned in NIT.(4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one engineer exclusively for the particular job.(5) Engineer should be engage after scrutiny of BARC Engineers and approved by Competent authority.

Supplying of Unskilled manpower/ labor for loading/ unloading, area cleaning and misc works etc including cost of equipment whichever is required

Providing and supplying heavy duty epoxy adhesive anchor to be used with Rebar or Threaded Rod 16mm dia 260mm long ( 125mm anchored in old concrete) of 5.8 grade of steel with 45 microns thickness of galvanization suitable for C3-C4 environment with a pre-defined ratio (3:1) of resin and hardener in a soft foil pack. The product should be approved by ETA, ICC, CSTB, COLA, BZS with Shock approval, Seismic approval in Anchors and Rebars to use in cracked/un-cracked concrete, tested for service temperature of short term temperature: [-40 °C, 70 °C]; long term temperature: [-40 °C, 43 °C]). Application to be designed separately for Rebars as Simply Supported Moment or Splice as per EC2/TR23 or relevant tested and accepted rebar guidelines. Anchoring with epoxy based chemical with threaded rod to be designed as per EN1992-4/ACI 318 guidelines of post installation of anchors. LEED certified injection adhesive for rebar fixing in wet/dry flooded holes conditions for diameters. The chemical should have service life of 100 years and is to be tested for water tightness. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations.
