Dismantling tile work in floors & skirting, laid in cement mortar/tile adhesive including staking the material within 50 mtr lead - For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm (including underlaying base of cement mortar/tile adhesive)

Dismantling granite flooring & skirting, laid in cement mortar/tile adhesive including staking the material within 50 mtr lead - For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm (including underlaying base of cement mortar/tile adhesive)

Carriage of dismantled unserviceable materal to approved municipal dump yard by manual/mechanical means as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes having minimum thickness of 9.00 mm, of approved brand & manufacturer ( Make H & R Johnson (I), Model : Breccia Gold (glossy), 1200x1200mm), laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) of approved make (Endura Platinumstar Plus or equivalent) conforming to IS 15477:2004 / EN 12004:2017, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints. (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix and organic coated filler of desired shade (Ardex Endura or equivalent make), conforming to EN 13888:2009, including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1200x1200mm tile

Providiing and laying cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) of approved make (Endura Platinumstar Plus or equivalent) conforming to IS 15477:2004 / EN 12004:2017, for tile work, in addition to the 6 mm thickness as required in the SOQ item No.04.

Grading of flooring with Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)
