1.Rennovation of Community Hall Building at Keelambur Village in Keelambur Panchayat.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth,earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x4 1/4"x2 3/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete For 10cum

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm.

Supplying & fixing with cuddapah slabs 20-30mm thick for cup board thick and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 -10 Sqm

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc.,Complete.

Supply and fixing of Indian Water closet including all cost and conveyance all labour charges etc complete

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats over old iron work such as doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamal paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point for electronic regulator) (Assume 5 points per coil)-SD-18

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 x l00 x 113 mm TW switch box for 5 A 3 pin non interlocking FT wall socket and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point. SD-36

Supply and fixing of single box type 4feet 40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting.SD-88

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48inch) sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp.SD-110

Supply and fixing of WT Bulk head fitting with guard (Philips/Bajaj/Crompton/K.Lite) suitable for 11W CFL Lamp with CFL SD-83

Supply and fixing fancy glass shade and 11 V CFL for BH point SD 80

Supply and fixing of 20mm dia GI Pipe including cost and conveyance all labour charges etc complete.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for bed blocks for 10 cum

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
