Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following sizes and taking down old unsv LT Cable :-

240 Sqmm 3.5 core.

150 Sqmm 3.5 core.

95 Sqmm 3.5 core.

35 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of PCC/Steel pole, laying of cable in trenches etc and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation works to be done manually. Any damages to the existing water line/ HT/LT/OFC Cables etc is responsibility of the contractor for repair/replacement.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filling approved river sand in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down shall be measured for payment.

Supply and Lay reinforced precast concrete cable cover LV, Type I,flat, size 250x150x40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 as in coping/pedestals of poles including necessary form work complete and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surface of coping/platform complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting of road/hard standing upto a size not exceeding 20 cm in width and not exceeding 60 cm in depth for laying of LT UG cable/protection pipe line making good the disturbed portion so as to match existing finishing with PCC 1:2:4 type B1/cement mortar in CM (1:2) complete all as specified and directed

Supply, lay and fixing 80mm dia steel water tubes, light grade, galvanised for protection of cables including neccessary clamps, nut bolts if any complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of APFC Power Panel of 200 KVAR 8 stage, outdoor type, factory made, CPRI approved, cubical feeder pillar box panel board IP 54 free standing suitable for working on 440 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz A C supply, floor mounted made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, duly powder coated, compartmental design with locking arrangements, weather and vermin proof with proper ventilation slots incl taking down old unsv one complete of suitable size comprising of following items:- (a) MCCB, 3 pole, 400 Amp with ultimate breaking capacty Icu-36 kA at 415 Volts and microprocessor release conforming to IEC 60947 Part I/IS-13947-Part-I with breaking capacity Ics=Icu at 415 Volts of 36 KA, overload setting 70% to 100%, short circuit setting 5 to 10 times - 01 No ( As Incomer) Make: Make: L&T/Legrand/ABB/Havells/C&S as approved by GE. (b) Metallised polypropylene MPP-H capacitor bank heavy duty of rating 200 KVAR (2 No x 50 KVAR + 3 No x 25 KVAR + 2 No x 10 KVAR + 1 No x 5 KVAR) confirming to IS-2834, IS-13340, 3341 & IEC 931. Make : L&T/EPCOS/ABB/Siemens/C&S as approved by GE. (c) Capacitor duty contactors of appropriate rating for capacitor switching confirming to IEC-947-4-1 and IS 13947. Make: L&T/Legrand/ABB/Havells/C&S as approved by GE.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested, CPRI approved LT panel board indoor type, weather, vermin proof, cubical type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed, with necessary bus bar arrangement with insulated bus bar 200 Amps rating , 4 strips, the panel should be dust proof, IP 54 class protection and made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet with 50x50x6mm angle iron frame with necessary earth work excavation, hinged doors, front and rear opening and locking arrangement and duly powder coated on the outside and inside, cable glands and lugs for incoming and outgoing cable etc, independent chamber to accommodate complete all as specified and directed including following accessories :- (a) ON load Changeover switch 4 Pole, 200 Amps. Supply, lay and fixing 50mm dia steel water tubes, medium grade, galvanised for standalone for fixing of garden light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge :-

S&F cable junction box thermoplastic body IP 66 , size 155mmx210mmx92mm suitable for helogen free and weather proof for out door installation with metric knockout for cable entry suitable for cable size 4-10 sqmm including clamp, lugs,cable terminal complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Cat part No KF1610G of HENSEL/sintex or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply & lay heavy duty PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 3 core of size 2.5Sqmm, 230 volts, 50 HZ complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 mm dia PVC pipes of suitable pressure rating laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed

S&F 75 mm dia PVC pipes of suitable pressure rating laid in trenches with having support clamps complete all as specified and directed

M&L for maintenence free safe earthing electrode (SEE) designed pipe in pipe technology, Only 1 No earth pit duly inter connected with copper earth strip 25 mm x 3 mm, each earth pit having outer pipe of size 76.3mm dia and inner pipe of size 42.4 mm dia, each GI pipe have 2 mtr long duly zinc and alloy coated having zinc coating (80-100) microns to whole length of pipe and alloy coating 250-300 micron to upper 300mm length of pipe, inside filled with crystal conductive compound (CCC) having anti corrosive and conductive properties to provide annular space of earth electrode and external black fill compound two bag of 25 kg mixed with soil all arround the earth pipe for retaining moisture, reduce the soil resistivity and dissipation of fault current, connected to earthing test point including excavation, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover 50 mm thick, lifting rod 8mm dia, GI protection pipe 40 mm dia light grade for protection of inter connecting earthing strip from mechanical protection and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs Weather proof outdoor bus bar chamber of Size 750 mm x 600 mm x 400 mm made out of 3mm thick MS sheet comprising 4 Nos aluminium strips each of 200Amps, 60cm long duly insulated mounted on insulators including 160 Amps MCCB with 3 Pin Plug socket -4 No’s with 32 Amps 2 pole MCB controlling and 4 pole 32 Amps MCBs -2 Nos with 4 Nos mounting legs made out of 25mm x 25mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block of size 60cm x 30cm x 90cm (30cm depth below ground level and 60cm above ground level) in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate), and connections with suitable size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers, cable glands at entry and outlet points and excavation, earth work, returning filling in and removal of surplus soils including taking out old unserviceable bus bar chamber complete all as specified and directed.
