Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blastering but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15 cm. Thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the departmental officers with initial leads and lifts, etc. including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Filling with clear M sand in foundation including cost & conveyance to site and labour charges for watering raming and all other incidental charges etc., complete

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 ,using 40MM. gauge hand brocken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm. thick, compacting etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Brick work in Cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five M-Sand)using country bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7 cm. For the following including curing. etc. complete complying with standard specification. For Super structure in Ground Floor and First floor and foundation.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm. x 60 cm. and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90 cm. centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 cm to 13 cm. dia spaced at 75 cm. centre to centre etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items.

Below Ground level :

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed or steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given includingcost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate). The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

RCC 1:1.5:3 ,using 20MM. gauge machine broken hard granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessaryand bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M-Sand) 12MM thick and with Kraft paper without claiming extra etc. as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification. The rate is including vibration charges:

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M-Sand) 12mm. thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Weathering coarse with brickjelly concrete using 20mm size using slaked lime 32:12.5 ratio including cost and convyance etc., Complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cm. x 20cm. x 2cm. of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M-Sand) 12mm. thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide, etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed distemper paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putt

Supplying and painting two coats new iron work such as steel doors ventilators, window bars etc., (WITHOUT PRIMER)
