A-Repair/Reconditioning of 7775 KVA Transformer for 3-Ph electric Loco,

Dismantling of the complete transformer, cleaning of all healthy parts, including coil 01 lamination (in assembly), tank, insulating sleeve, etc. Reassembly of the core and winding with healthy winding, reassembly of the complete transformer by drying the core, making the terminal connection, filling it with oil, filtration, and complete testing as per CLW specification No.CLW/ES/3/0456 Alt 'E' or latest, inclusive of GST@ 18%

Drying of core and coils in oven inclusive of GST@ 18% 3041424.1

Replacement of all winding coils, including insulation of limbs Insulation and support battens of these limbs (after taking credit for salvage value of scrap copper) inclusive of GST@ 18%

Replacement of all gaskets inclusive of GST@ 18%

Replacement of all hardware inclusive of GST@ 18%

Filling of new transformer oil confirming to IEC-60296 & CLW Spec No. CLW/ES/3/01726 latest & RDSO requirement including GST@ 18%

Painting externally with one coat of Zinc Chromatic primer and two coats of finished paints including GST@ 18%
