Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavments complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide but for additional 1.50 mtr (1.50 to 3.00 mtr ) depth or part there of in depth beyond the first 1.50 mtr for taking out / laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavments complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting of Electrical connection, earthing lead and taking out carefully defective Isolation Transformer of up to 75 KVA capacity located at AF stn Mohanbari including shifting it from AF stn Mohannari to Civil workshop by using mechanically operated crane and truck and back to its original position after necessary repairs and installing the Isolation Transformer inclusive reconnection of all electrical cables wires and earthing connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dismantling of Isolation Transfomer of capacity upto 75 KVA by disconnecting all internal electric connection after draining out of transfomer oil and storing the oil in transfomer oil barrel of cap 210 ltrs for reuse and opening the top cover of the isolation transfomer by removing nuts, bolts, washers, etc and lifing the core / winding by using indoor crane removing internal electrical connections by unscrewing nut, bolts, etc cleaning entire housing of transformers and dismantling complete primary / secondary winding from the limb and removed the entire tape insulation from the existing copper winding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for reinsulation of Primary coil of isolation transformer by using proper size of insulation paper sheet to entire copper winding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinsulation of Secondary coil of isolation transformer by using proper size of insulation paper sheet to entire copper winding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs top cover gasket sheet as per exisiting size for various capacity of isolation transfomer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dehydration & filteration of transformer oil by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration to achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The filtration of the transformer oil shall be carried out at different locations of Air Force Station Mohanbari. (b) The report before filtration & after filtration to be submitted by contractor. (c) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & toping up of new transformer oil (in sealed barrel) conforming to IS 335 Std having dielectric strength 40KV at 2.5mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified and directed. Make: Savita/ Castrol/ Poweroil/ Truoil.

M&L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) old painted steel or iron surface of Isolation transformer of capacity upto 75KVA complete with all connected fittings & fixtures and other standard fittings & attachments as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast two coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surface by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor will apply one layer of grease over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

Supply and fix in replacement of air breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with new silica gel (blue in colour) suitable for Isolation Transfomer fixing on existing pipe of size 15/20/25 mm dia with suitable reducer/ connector complete as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of modification (if required to fix on existing MS pipe) shall be deemed to included in the quoted rate against this item.

Supply and Fix in replacement of Silica Gel dehydrated blue coloured complete all as specified and directed.
