REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF SCREW TYPE AND SEALED TYPE COMPRESSORS CONDENSORS AND CHILLER CONNECTED PIPE AND PUMPS AT RCI UNDER GE I RND RCI HYDEARABAD

Draining out the old existing unserviceable compressor oil from the AC plant compressor of any capacity and type, supply and Charging of suitable/ same as existing make Compressor Oil complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and re-filling of Refrigerant gas R-134A / R-22 / 407 complete all as directed. Make : Refron/Mefron/Freon

Opening covers of AHU, descaling of the AHU coil/ Condensor coil to bring down the high pressure, cleaning of the dust particles formed on the coil system with diluted 'ASFOCLEAN' chemical or Caustic Soda by pouring on the coil with leg pump or mechanical system till the clearing of the dust on the coil as primary wash and using detergent powder or surf water as final wash, testing complete all as directed.

Engineering charges for Inspection, testing, programming & commissioning, draining, vacuumising, re-filling including replacement of spares, re-commissioning, pressure testing of 50 TO 125 TR capacity chiller in AC plant of any type and make to run the smooth functioning all as specified and directed (work should be carried out through OEM) Notes:1. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for Copper Brazing rods, Nitrogen Gas, LPG Gas Tins, copper filter and capillary, pin type valves as required at site 2. Refrigerant Gas and major spares will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.

Leak / pressure testing of the system of 50 TO 125 TR capacity compressor unit in AC Plant with nitrogen (N2) pressure. After evacuating of existing gas from the system in to empty cylinder by separating the entire system like compressors, condensors, cooling coil and refrigerant lines and rectifying of the leakage including cutting, welding, brazing etc and reconnecting with ‘O’ rings, washers, gaskets etc and flushing out the Nitrogen and vacuumising, recharging the taken out refrigerant gas complete all as directed.

M& L for Lathe machine work of Chiller at site or in work shop as required and directed.

Disconnecting and removing the Headder Line and servicing with chemical and refixing in original position all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and removing the un-serviceable TCPM board of chiller unit of 90 TO 125 TR chiller in AC plant of Any Model,Type and Make, from the existing position, replace same board after repair all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and removing the un-serviceable EXV board of chiller unit of 50 TO 75 TR chiller in AC plant of Any Model,Type and Make, from the existing position, replace same board after repair all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and removing the un-serviceable EXV board of chiller unit of 90 TO 125 TR chiller in AC plant of Any Model,Type and Make, from the existing position, replace same board after repair all as specified and directed
