Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of butterfly valve PN 1.6, with Bronze/Gunmetal seat duly ISI marked complete with Nuts, Bolts, washers, gaskets, conforming to IS 13095, of following sizes as required. 150 mm dia

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of non return valve of following sizes confirming to IS: 5312 complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc as required. 150 mm dia

Demolishing cement concrete road of nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including cutting of road by machine for suitable width and upto 350 mm depth, disposal of material within 50 metres lead, repaire and making good the same after pipe laying by providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver locks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead etc. and laying back these blocks in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Extra required CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing, laying and fixing 300 mm dia RCC pipe NP2 class (light duty) in ground complete with RCC collars, jointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) etc as required.

Constructing brick masonary manhole inside size 1 m x 1 m x 1 m deep with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks, cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ), 150 mm thick foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) including supply and fixing MS cover made of 5 mm thick MS sheet with handles on both sides, 50 x 50 x 5 mm main angle frame and 35 x 35 x 5 mm angle frame with sheet etc including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing air vessel made of 250 mm dia, 8 mm thick MS sheet, 1200 mm in height with air release valve on top and flanged connection to riser, drain arrangement with 25 mm dia gun metal wheel valve with required accessories, pressure gauge and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade as required.

Supplying and fixing single headed internal hydrant valve with instantaneous Stainless Steel coupling of 63 mm dia with cast iron wheel ISI marked conforming to IS 5290 (Type -A) with blank Gunmetal/Stainless Steel cap and chain as required.

Dismantling and refixing of existing single headed yard hydrant valve with 1 No. 63 mm dia instantaneous FM Gunmetal/ Stainless Steel coupling and cast iron wheel as required.

Dismantling and refixing of existing 4-way fire brigade inlet connection along with non-return valve and butterfly valve for 150 mm or 100 mm dia MS pipe as required.

Dismantling and refixing of existing weather proof type hose cabinet made of CRCA MS sheet including shifting if required.
