Taking down old unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light/fan/socket power) complete with fitting/fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good the disturbed sufaces of wall and floors by applying necessary periodically with one coat of putty and two coats of OBD to match with the surrounding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable maint switches/DB's alongwith existing board including removing the same from site and making good the dusturbed surfaces by applying necessary periodically with one coat of putty and two coats of OBD to match with the surrounding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down old unserviceable existing sub main wiring of any type and desription including removal of teak wood batten or pipe by applying necessary periodically with one coat of putty and two coats of OBD to match with the surrounding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down old unserviceable/burnt, underground or service cable of any type & size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for point wiring with copper multi strand conductor FRLS flexible insulated (unsheathed) cable of size 2 runs of 1.5 Sq mm and 1 run of 1.5 Sq mm as in continuous earth wire drawn in to & including PVC conduit medium grade of 20 mm dia with fittings and accessories duly concealed by cutting chases, pinning in, making good in cement mortar 1:3 and making good the disturbed surfaces Cutting shall not exceed 4cm girth and 4cm width and applying necessary periodically with one coat of putty and two coats of OBD to match with the surrounding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for following:-
